Wake up to treetop views, sip your morning coffee on a private balcony, and end the day on the porch, swinging gently as the sun sets over the marsh. This bright, two-story home pairs relaxed coastal style, with sea turtle touches throughout, with room for the whole group: 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a dedicated office for anyone who needs to get a little work done.

The space

The living room is light, airy, and made for unwinding, with a white shiplap accent wall, a deep slipcovered sofa, a cognac leather armchair, and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Board games are ready for family game night, and French doors open straight onto the porch.

The kitchen is bright and easy to cook in, with white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, range, microwave, and dishwasher. A butcher-block prep table adds extra counter space, and the coffee maker is ready for early mornings.

Gather for meals in the sunny dining area, where the table seats 6 beneath a woven pendant light. Windows on two sides look out onto lush palms and greenery.

The primary suite is a true getaway, with a king bed, seafoam coastal furnishings, a large closet, an en suite bathroom, and its own covered balcony overlooking the oaks and the marsh. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom features a full-size bed. The office includes a daybed with a pull-out trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Each of the three full bathrooms has a tub/shower combo and its own beachy personality, so no one waits in line in the morning.

Outdoor living

The porch faces the marsh and is made for slowing down. Settle into the large porch swing or stretch out on the comfortable couch set with a morning coffee or an evening drink, and watch the coastal birds and the light change over the marsh.

Location

Enjoy the quiet of the marsh while staying close to everything. You’re just 8 minutes from the Castillo de San Marcos and historic St. George Street, with their cobblestone lanes, shops, and restaurants, and only 10 minutes from the beach. Spend the day exploring the nation’s oldest city, then come home to peace, privacy, and marsh views.
