The home is retreat in historic Lincolnville that combines historic architecture, modern amenities while remaining walkable to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

The open-concept living area was designed for gathering and relaxing, featuring comfortable seating, elevated finishes, Settle into a quiet, peaceful street (yes—sometimes you’ll hear church bells) and enjoy bright, fresh high-end interiors designed for relaxing after a day of exploring. Lounge with a movie on the 65” LG OLED Smart TV with the Dimplex fireplace for cozy night or step outside to the covered deck to unwind. We do not provide a BBQ grill. We do provide beach towels and chairs. We also provide you with a digital guide for the home and city.

Parking
Off-street driveway parking that will accommodate two cars. There is also ample additional on-street parking (rare in the Old City.)

Guest access
Entire home is yours—self check-in via smart lock. All interior spaces and driveway are private to your group.

LOCATION
Historic Lincolnville is one of St. Augustine’s most walkable neighborhoods, very safe, known for Victorian homes, tree-lined streets.The home is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to popular restaurants and Historic Downtown.
Beaches (St. Augustine Beach/Vilano) are a short drive.

We live in Lincolnville and respond promptly

Renter agreements have become very common in the industry; it summarizes the various house rules, policies, etc and protects both hosts and guests. It will be sent as a link outside of VRBO. While the reservation and the agreement remain integrated with VRBO, the channels do not want to manage these documents.

A note on pricing: Total charges are comprised of the following:
1. The nightly rate
2. A cleaning fee of $173.25 (our cost.)
3. A pet fee of $165 (if applicable)
4. VRBO service charge
5. Florida & St. Johns County taxes are collected by Airbnb at booking
