• Elevator: The property has an elevator for guest convenience; however, it is not a guaranteed amenity and availability is not guaranteed.

• If the elevator is out of service, repairs may not be immediate. We’ll always do our best to assist if any issues arise.

• For safety, the elevator must be used with a person inside and should not be operated unattended for luggage, groceries, or other items.

• Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property.

• No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

Parking - There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

No smoking.

No pets.

*Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day from October 15 through May 15 and will be added after booking, this price is separate from the booking total. Please notify us in advance if you would like to include this service. The pool heating system operates efficiently when outdoor temperatures are above 55°F and will not function when temperatures fall below 50°F. In the event the pool heater is not operational during your stay, the pool heating fee will be refunded. No other portions of the reservation will be eligible for refund.

Guests have access to the full home! There is a locked closet for the owner and cleaners.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee.

*Elevator Use Policy:
The elevator is provided as an amenity and should not be essential to your stay. Please note that the property is not ADA compliant.

Guests are expected to use the elevator responsibly and follow all posted rules and operating instructions. The elevator should be used only when necessary and not for play or misuse.

Any damage or service issues resulting from improper use may result in repair costs being charged to the guest.
