  • Neu renovierte Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern direkt am Meer ist eine Eckeinheit. Leichter Ein- und Ausstieg für Gehbehinderte. Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, einer Königin im mittleren Gästezimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Gästezimmer und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt drei Fernseher und zwei DVD-Player. Fliesenböden im gesamten. Holzkohlegrill im Freien, damit Sie bequem am Gerät grillen können. Im Summerhouse stehen 4 temperaturgeregelte Pools zur Auswahl, sodass Sie das ganze Jahr über bequem schwimmen können! Es gibt auch vier Tennisplätze, zwei Racquetballplätze und einen Pickleballplatz. Wir haben zwei Grillplätze und zwei Spielplätze für Kinder, die sich an beiden Enden des Grundstücks befinden. Unser Gemeinschaftsbereich rund um die Pools ist mit üppigem, gepflegtem Gras bedeckt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unsere Mieteinheit verfügt über ein freundliches Front-Office-Personal und eine Wartung vor Ort, um Probleme schnell zu lösen, falls sie auftreten sollten. Wir haben eine kleine Bibliothek und ein Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung während der normalen Geschäftszeiten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 40 years, on and off, so we have a good platform to rate this unit. It was a lovely unit - except for the mattresses and the living room furniture. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were unlike anything I have ever seen soft you could not get out of them without help. I think someone put a pillow top on to try to cover up a bad mattress. The living room furniture looks good in the photo, but both the sofa and the loveseat have very little cushioning...on the sofa you can actually feel the hard metal support underneath. This unit would be really good if it were not for these two very important issues. Like it is, the unit was not worth the money we paid for it.

Has to be more organized with some system to let the office know when rentals are available and those people can go ahead and check in. In the past, we have been able to get in earlier and the office staff was very accommodating. Something needs to be changed by next year to make this a smoother process.

The only negative thing was initially when running the water a horrible rotten egg smell filled the whole place up. After the hot water was ran for awhile and time passed, the next day it was just fine. It was a beautiful vacation and we love staying at Summerhouse. This unit had everything we needed and we will stay here again.

Unit 166 was one of the most beautiful and well equipped units we have ever stayed in. We were disappointed that the dishwasher wasn’t working for most of our trip and that it took three days to get it fixed. Especially after being told it hadn't worked properly in eight months. For what we paid we shouldn’t have to worry about doing dishes on vacation. Other than that it was perfect.

Very close to the beach and easy to get to We had a few surprises in the kitchen regarding cleanliness. Overall most things were clean but we found a very dirty knife & very dirty spatula And a bowl in the cabinet With water as well as seeing a Live roach under the kitchen Cabinet. Also we noticed many cobwebs under the TV cabinet in LR. The attention to these details were surprising as the unit was overall pleasant. The master bedroom window lock is broken which presents a security issue
