Extended family stay

Our group really enjoyed our stay, the huge kitchen was perfect for all the cooks and people eating at different times. The first floor and pool table were a great place for everyone to play when we weren’t on the beach. Would certainly recommend this home!

Amazing space and beautiful views

The perfect space for a special event and family vacation. We hosted our small wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The space had everything we needed and views from the deck of the ocean were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Graduation celebration

I hardly know where to start we had such a great time and made the best memories here. I really appreciated that they were generous with supplies like dish soap, shampoos and soaps the three refrigerators was a nice surprise. The space is well laid out and the beach and views were outstanding. Our friends and family were icing on the cake and made our vacation the perfect way to celebrate our son’s graduation. We would come back to this location again.

A wonderful beach week

We spent a week at this beautiful house, 11 of us gathering for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for everybody to do their thing, and very comfortable spaces for gathering. The access to the beach was perfect, and the kitchen was extremely well, equipped, allowing us to cook Meals without any difficulty. We enjoyed our week there tremendously, and would love to go back again.

We had a lovely stay at this home!! Certainly plenty of space for our family…we had our kids and grandkids here with us and we all enjoyed the beach, the area, and our accommodations. We definitely had some issues in the beginning but very pleased and impressed with the response from the management team and the owners. We highly recommend staying here!!

Spectacular!

This rental is absolutely stunning! It was the perfect place for our wedding and for our large family to relax. The beautiful Vilano beach is mere steps away. The house is beautifully decorated with an extremely well furnished kitchen. The owners are wonderful and extremely helpful. Everything about our experience far exceeded my expectations!

Great Property!

We really enjoyed the location and views of the property - you just cannot beat the convenience of this location to Vilano Beach or St. Augustine. Plenty of space to spread out and accommodate a large group of people. Only two minor drawbacks: the A/C was not consistent in the bedrooms, which were modestly warmer at night, and the kitchen was not as well equipped (pots and pans) for as large as it is. Otherwise we had a great time, the hosts were reasonably responsive, and the views and location are unmatched.

Best Beach house on Vilano Beach

We have stayed here for the last three years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay this year as in the past. Love the huge kitchen as we designate a table just for game use that doesn’t have to been dismantled for mealtimes. The little children live the tiny pool and claim that it is exclusively just for their enjoyment. My husband hides out on the Masterbedroom deck and has read many of the books you have in the house. Everyone just loves it here!

Stayed there for 6 nights. With 17 family members from 2 to 74. The house was equipped with everything you needed feed and sleep all at the same time. We were never at a loss for things to do. Location was great for shopping and site seeing and of course the beach. Elite was responsive to the few minor problems and took care of them. The next get together would bring us back here with no hesitation.

Amazing! Must rent!

This rental was spectacular! We had 18 family members in St Augustine for a wedding and it held all of us easily with more than enough room to hang out. The property sits right on the beach and the views were beautiful. The rental comes with plenty of beach chairs and towels and there is an outdoor shower. All bedrooms had nice bedding and towels. The main room was our favorite part. We had many lunches and two dinners at the rental and it came equipped with everything you would need. I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our time together. i would love to rent this property again. I wish there were more like it on VRBO. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had-extremely pleasant! Thank you so much!

Great place for large groups and cooking together.

This home was one of three we rented for the week leading up to our daughters wedding. It was definitely the place everyone migrated to throughout the day because of the openness, plenty of seating and of course the beautiful view. We enjoyed cooking together everyday and even celebrated Thanksgiving as a family. Its a wonderful place and the hosts were very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone capable or comfortable with stairs. No elevator and no bathroom on the top floor did present challenges for the older family members, but we managed just fine.

Awesome House

I am happy to say that this property is exactly as advertised. This is a beautiful house with all the amenities you could want for your stay. It is the perfect location on Vilano Beach. The house is impeccably clean and welcoming when you enter the home. The management team was readily available via email if needed. But thankfully we did not need anything that was not already thought of by the team. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone that wants to have a hassle-free great vacation in a beautiful home on a beautiful beach. I will be back that is for sure.

A Beautiful Place to Hold a Leadership Retreat!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. A beautiful property, right on this ocean, beautifully appointed, and lovely to behold. We appreciated the flexibility of the hosts on a couple of special requests that we had, and the professionalism throughout our visit. We had eight women, so the eight bedrooms were perfect, and the upstairs kitchen and living area worked well for our needs. The downstairs room with pingpong table and plenty of room to hang out gave all of us the ability to share space and yet give each other plenty of space. And the walks on the beach, plus sunrise and sunset views, were the chef's kiss! We are so grateful we were able to book this place quickly after our other retreat location feel through at the last minute. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and graciousness. We highly recommend.

We had 18 folks staying for the weekend. Beach was amazing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good, clean and up to date. Could have had more hot water. Simple fix to turn water heater temps up. Kitchen was large. Range is inadequate for cooking. It looks nice, but function is mediocre. Just not functioning properly but owner tried to get it right. For catering food for parties it is excellent. Living spaces were good. Furnishings could use a little updating. Would recommend staying here.

Great vacation

Nice and spacious . 15 of us had more than enough room. Kitchens well supplied with all wares and dishes you could ever need. Clean upon arrival. Location is perfect. Great Time in a well equipment property

My mother's side of the family have been vacationing together once a week for my entire 48 years of life. We have stayed in a lot of houses over the years. This is by far one of the better properties. It's a well thought out floor plan, 16 people in the house at one time does not feel crowded. The kitchen is designed to cook for and clean for that many people. The owner provides plenty of silverware, utensils and pot/pans. We had a great time here and have already booked the house again for next year.

Greatest House Ever!

We've been enjoying family beach trips for almost 20 years and this year's home was absolutely our family's favorite! It was said by several of us over and over during our week's stay, "This House is the Best Ever! " Having the private bedrooms for each couple and additional ones for cousins to bunk in made it so comfortable for everyone. The top floor kitchen/dining/living space will live forever in all of our memories. We were blown away by our first site of this most amazing space. The enormous island, multiple dining tables, dishwashers, sinks and refrigerators, made our many family meals for 18 a breeze. The living space adjoining the kitchen area was so well designed and furnished comfortably for one or several conversations and relaxation. The multiple decks were perfect for morning coffee, cocktails at sunset or just people and kite watching. And on the ground floor, the kids especially loved the pool/pingpong table and shuffleboard game. The downstairs kitchen was so convenient for our night time grilling on the shaded patio while kids cooled their sunned soaked bodies in the pool. We especially appreciated the many beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, canopy and beach boards there for us to make use of. The beach itself is so close and convenient to the house. It was easy to take short breaks back to the house for a snack and then hit the sand again. The Publix was well stocked and within a just a couple of miles. We knew little about San Augustin before last week, but now can heartily recommend exploring this gem of history and culture. I may have forgotten other great details, but I can say without hesitation that it was a 5 star experience to stay in this home.

Perfect

All around great set up. Close to perfect for us. We had a large group of family and friends. Top floor is very well equipped for preparing meals for large groups. We had 23 people for Easter Dinner. Tons of room. That floor is apx 2100 sq/ft of openness. Top floor was a great area for everyone to hangout. Playing cards etc. Views are incredible. 2nd floor. All the bedrooms were comfortable as the bathrooms were also. Tons of hot water for such a large group. 1st floor. Pool table n ping pong table were a nice touch. Kitchen area was nice. Great location on the beach. Pretty quiet. Easy beach walk to a few eateries. Publix was a couple minutes by car. A few shops in that area also. Hopefully we’ll be going back in a couple years.
