Property was lovely, well maintained and clean. The yard and the pool was a gem. Darlene, the point of contact was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We visited for 6 days with the aim to relax and recharge the batteries and we were able to do so. The area is quiet and the pool time was very secluded/shaded with all the foliage. We loved the short walkable distance to the bridge of Lions and the restaurants in the down town district. The welcome basket was a lovely addition. all in all we gave this trip and property 12 out of 10, two thumbs up etc. Would recommend it to all wanting a quiet week in a lovely city.

Love the Pink House

Beautiful, well-located home in a quiet neighborhood in St. Augustine just across the Bridge of Lions less and than a mile from the Old town. A new grill and a FULLY-equipped kitchen made cooking easy when we weren't at one of the many fabulous local restaurants. The picturesque back yard with heated pool made staying at home much too attractive however the lure of the nearby beaches tempted us often. The owners, Darlene and Hal, are spectacular. They are accommodating, friendly, available at all hours and simply nice people. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in their magnificent Pink House.

Pink House

We had a great time and everything was as described. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating. Awesome location with 10 minutes walk over the bridge to Old Town and many restaurants and pubs within 5 minutes walking distance. We'll be back!

Perfect place and Location. Everything was just right for us. Enjoyed the privacy but also the convenience of being close to old town and the beach. Great restaurants and brewery's we within minutes. We will be returning.

Perfect Getaway

This is our second year of staying at the Pink House during our vacation to St. Augustine. The home is in a nice area and is an easy walk to downtown. The backyard is a vacation of it's own. The house has all the essentials needed. Darlene... the manager... was quick to respond to any texts sent to her. The home is spotless and very comfortable.

Peaceful relaxation

A pleasant relaxing getaway with many amenities and activities nearby! We were able to walk to almost anywhere that we wished to visit and were able to relax in the back yard by the pool for days that we wished to stay in. This place has everything we needed to feel at home but luxurious enough to feel spoiled as well. We loved our stay!

October getaway

My wife and I stayed for a week, the house is immaculate, beautiful with a great pool! Walking distance to St.Augustine and many restaurants close by. We enjoyed nightly walks and bike rides! Can’t wait to stay here again!

10/10 experience!

The house is in a great location, super close to everything and the neighborhood is wonderful! The house was very clean. We actually stayed while a storm hit and the host was very attentive about making sure we felt safe and that the property was cleaned up after the storm. The hosts are wonderful and were amazing with communication. We will be coming back! Perfect house for a relaxing couples getaway.

From the moment we booked the PINK HOUSE through check out was flawless! Huge thanks to the owners for making everything you need at your fingertips. The house and pool are both inviting and gorgeous. The yard simply can’t be described in a few words. It’s a breathtaking work of art by a true gardenista. The decor is inviting and tastefully done. The owners welcome you with extras and they want your stay to be special. The PINK HOUSE is awesome! It embraces you and makes you feel at home.

Comfortable Luxury!

Ooohhh Pink House, how I miss you! I have been very few places that have felt both so luxurious and so comfortable at once - but the Pink House easily achieves both! The backyard pool alone is perfection - large, sparkling clean, lots of succulents and other flora that fills the yard for total privacy - it could easily be in a VRBO ad! Luckily, the rest of the house is just as fantastic! Everything you could ever need to cook, grill, or entertain is stocked in the kitchen. The living and dining rooms have lots of seating and yet feel intimate. Both bedrooms are quiet retreats with immaculate en suite bathrooms. And the location is ideal - a short walk over the bridge to downtown or bike to the lighthouse or restaurants nearby. And while all of this makes the Pink House a great rental, it’s the little things that take this to a ‘wow’ rental: the fluffy bath towels, the plush rug in the bedroom, the thoughtful welcome note and basket, how spotless everything is, the monogrammed pool towels, how focused the property owner / manager are on your satisfaction, the stunning art throughout the house. If you want your visit to St Augustine to be easy, comfortable, and luxurious, book the Pink House - you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Oasis

Hal our house manager was wonderful from the moment we booked. The house was pristine inside and out. The owners have taken great care to tend to every single detail inside and out. We were greeted with a welcome note and a basket of goodies upon arrival. They had even stocked a few beverages for us in the fridge. Special touches and details were everywhere through the house. The backyard was a tropical oasis! There are flowers and gardens and trees everywhere! Orchids are draped through the palms and succulent planters dotted the pool deck. The pool and grounds of the property are meticulous. Ryan the pool guy comes twice a week and ensure that the pool is sparkling at all times. Do not hesitate…book this place! You will be glad you did. Thank you to Hal and the rest of the people who have made this such a beautiful trip.

Loved this place

This home is clean, comfortable & tastefully decorated. It’s located across the bridge from the heart of the city but super close. We loved the backyard oasis and enjoyed the pool after daily tours. Large pool towels were provided. We were greeted with a generous basket of goodies which we enjoyed. I don’t think there was anything we needed that wasn’t there for our use. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pink House. The description, photos and video in the ad accurately depict the “10-minute house”. Beautiful - comfortable furnishings, high speed internet, a well-stocked kitchen, and a back yard oasis. We appreciated the mid-century modern vibe of the home but with all the modern amenities. This property is in a quiet neighbourhood that is a short walk across the scenic “Bridge of Lions” to the historic St-Augustine, with its many attractions, great restaurants, and shops. The local beaches are minutes away by car or about a 30-minute bike ride. Prior to arrival we received detailed easy to follow instructions and upon walking through the front door discovered a beautiful welcome basket filled with gourmet goodies and a Pink House canvas bag. Throughout our stay Sally was quick to respond to our questions. If you're going to St Augustine book this property, it’s simply gorgeous!

The Pink House is a lovely home. It is comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with a great selection of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The backyard is private and the landscape is beautiful. The pool needs some work... but I was told this was going to be done in May. The house is within walking distance to St. Augustine historic district. It's an easy walk over the bridge that takes about 15- 20 minutes. Parking and traffic is at a premium so walking is a great alternative. The house manager, Sally, was always accessible. She was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

My first time to St. Augustine and I found this place to be the perfect location to all the things we wanted to do and see. Even better the house was adorable and relaxing. Oasis in the heart of St. Augustine

Perfectly situated with every detail considered. We instantly felt at home from Sally’s handwritten note, welcome basket of goodies, binder of restaurant recos and water next to the beds. The property is beautifully landscaped front to back and the pool and backyard are an absolute escape, a slice of paradise with well considered vignettes for relaxing, reading, and outdoor dining. The interior is tastefully decorated, each room well considered with contemporary mid mid furnishings, design and gardening books, and wonderful framed photography. Location is phenomenal: quiet and peaceful if you want to stay in and close to everything if not: Just a quick walk over the Bridge of Lions to the historic downtown, great restaurants in the neighborhood, and a quick drive to the beach. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!!! Thank you Sally!!!
