Sea Dawg was made for big family beach vacations! With approximately 3,348 square feet, multiple levels of living space, expansive decks, Gulf views, and room for up to 18 guests, everyone can spread out while still enjoying time together.



The main living level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, quality appliances, breakfast bar seating for four, and a large dining table with seating for ten.



Two separate living areas with Smart TVs provide plenty of room for adults and kids to enjoy their own spaces.

Guests have access to the home and its vacation amenities, including the private fenced pool, outdoor shower, fish-cleaning station, charcoal grills, multiple decks, and beach access path directly in front of the property.



The elevator provides convenient access from the ground-floor foyer to the first two living levels.



Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles, with room to accommodate a boat.



Pool heat may be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Please contact Southern Coast Vacation Properties in advance if you would like to add pool heat.



The Neighborhood:

Sea Dawg puts you right in the heart of St. George Island, where laid-back island living and beautiful Gulf beaches are just outside your door.



The home is approximately five blocks from the St. George Island Lighthouse and the center of the island, making it easy to enjoy local restaurants, shops, ice cream, beach activities, and island favorites.



Golf carts are permitted on the island, making it fun and convenient to explore during your stay.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring St. George Island and the surrounding Forgotten Coast, but Sea Dawg's central location puts many island favorites just a short golf-cart ride away.



Bring your bikes or rent a golf cart for an easy way to enjoy the island. With parking for up to eight vehicles and room for a boat, larger groups have plenty of space.

Maximum occupancy is 18 guests.

Pet-friendly! Please contact us regarding pet limits, restrictions, and applicable pet fees.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Parties and events exceeding the property's maximum occupancy are not permitted.

Private pool heat is available for an additional charge and must be arranged in advance.

Elevator access is provided from the ground-floor foyer to the first two living levels.

This home features tile flooring, making it especially convenient for beach days and pet-friendly stays.
