« I absolutely loved my stay there. The bus to go to Salzburg is right beside the hotel (about 30min. ride). The hotel has so much charm, the room was cute and the personnel very kind. There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking arrangement, and when we tried to clarify and even compromise, the staff member at the reception (an older male) became very rude and aggressive.
