« Petit hôtel très sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu et malgré cela, l’arrivée était très simple car nos clés nous attendaient posées sur le comptoir d’accueil. Notre seule difficulté a été de trouver où manger. Le restaurant ne servait plus à notre arrivée et le choix des restaurants à proximité est limité. »

« Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking arrangement, and when we tried to clarify and even compromise, the staff member at the reception (an older male) became very rude and aggressive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he insulted us, mocked our English, and even threatened to remove us from the hotel. We found his behavior completely unacceptable and felt unsafe. « The hotel price is overprice. In gilgen lake cost are all private property , you can not use the advantage of being so near to the lake . The hotel owner see visitors as potential theft , in the morning there was a very rude woman saying that you can pack anything from the breakfast and even she is always watching visitors what they eat what they do , it is annoying and not kind I think . »

« Very good location nearby the lake front and having a private beach. The staff is nice and welcoming. Big room even if it is a little bit old fashioned, it is a come back in the 80’s ;) Very nice city and very pleasant for a summer Break »
