With Carbis Bay Beach directly below and the coast path leading to St Ives, the apartment is well-sized for couples or small families after a beach-based break. White sand and calm, sheltered water make the beach a favourite for swimming – a bay where the sea stays largely flat even when the Atlantic swell picks up further west. Hawkes Point, a dramatic rocky headland, is 0.5 miles along the coast, while Porthminster Beach sits 1.5 miles to the west. St Ives Harbour – with its art galleries, independent shops, and restaurants – is 1.5 miles away. Porthkidney Beach offers a quieter stretch of sand 1.5 miles to the east, and Porthmeor Beach is 2 miles around the headland.

A flight of stairs leads up from the ground level to the first-floor front door. Inside, a bright, open-plan living area, kitchen, and dining space opens out across the first floor. Two two-seater sofas are arranged around a Smart TV in the sitting area, while a wooden dining table and chairs seat four beside the fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors open from the living space onto the private balcony, with views across the bay and towards the lighthouse. Off the main living area, the master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables with lamps. A Velux window overhead lets in natural light and offers sea views across Carbis Bay towards Gwithian. Next door, the second bedroom contains two single beds, a bedside table, and a lamp. Between the two bedrooms, a family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, and a WC.

The balcony is furnished with two rattan chairs, a two-seater sofa, and a table for al fresco dining, looking out across Carbis Bay towards Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse. At ground level, a patio and a large garden planted with flowers provide additional outdoor space; both are shared with other guests in the development and look out over the bay. The St Erth to St Ives railway line runs directly in front of the garden. Parking is available for one car.
