This spacious two bedroom apartment has all the comfort and conveniences of home.

* Living room space is large and inviting. It features high speed wifi with Bell Fibe, Smart TV (able to stream all your favourites from home), lovely electric fireplace as well as a window Air Conditioning unit for use in season. There is a small desk here as which is perfect for business travelers to stay in the loop and work as need be and separate dining area as well

* Primary King bedroom, comfortable and inviting, features a private patio with stunning Harbour/ Narrows views—perfect for sipping morning coffee, waking up slowly, and reflecting on the day ahead

* Bedroom two is a Queen bedroom with a full closet and plenty of space to move around and settle in

* Full kitchen is spacious, a bit retro, clean and inviting and with all of the necessities and many of the gadgets from home

* Cozy four-piece bathroom features a deep tub, perfect for soaking in after a long day of travel with plenty of towels, quality soap, shampoo and conditioner.

** Coffee Matters and more, are all within easy walking distance or a short drive from your home away from home.

Lofty Haven area is home to many unique local individuals and visitors. Keep in mind that this downtown location is part of a lively, vibrant city with all the city energy and atmosphere that comes with it. St. John’s is widely regarded as generally safe, especially compared to larger urban centers, but as in any downtown area, it's wise to stay aware of your surroundings—particularly at night or on busy streets like George Street.

Use common sense by locking doors at all times, avoid isolated areas after dark, and enjoy the city’s dynamic charm with confidence.

At times, finding rental cars in the city may be difficult. We recommend the app Turo for your rental car needs :)

We do offer one free street parking pass per visit. You may park on either side of the road. No returns on this pass will result in a 100$ fee for our cost to replace.

Please note: there are about fifteen outside steps to ascend to reach this unit, it is not ground-level.

Guests should purchase their own VRBO Travel Protection for their stay or for in the case of emergency cancelation. We do honour our clearly stated cancelation policy.

Guests must provide a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license) to confirm their identity upon booking.

Should a booking occur longer than 28 days, a standard local tenant agreement must be signed, as well as agreed upon security deposit to be held for the duration of stay.

Legalese: The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and Property Manager against all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the incident, injury, or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of the Guest.
