„Had a delightful one-night stay at Tiko Lodge SXM a hidden gem away from the resort chaos. The peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, and warm hospitality of the hosts were impressive. The distant yet very close ocean sounds and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. Although I usually opt for big resorts, Tiko Lodge SXM has changed my perspective. „I was happy with my choice of the Fantastic Guest House. I stayed here for 5 nights and would have liked to stay longer, if I had had more time. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The rooms are at an affordable rate and for me it was all in all better than expected. I had a room with much space and good A/C as well as a very comfortable bed. „We could NOT find the property that evening. We went back during the day and there is no visible number or name on the building. We took a picture after some of the locals tried to help us. It ended up being the building with the guys sitting on the steps hanging out. They did not even know that was building #7. This appears to be a scam! We would not enter that building during the day and definitely not on an evening check in.“
