Great time, the condo was exactly advertised. Previous renter had lost one of the parking passes, but the BeachesUSA team scrambled to get us a replacement quickly. Wonderful location and good service!

Everything was perfect with the condo! We enjoyed all what the condo had to offer. We used the beach equipment which was very nice! The pool and hot tub were great to use for our kids. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the view of the bay. We definitely will stay at this place again!

Loved the location. Drank morning coffee on the deck with the great view of the bay. Even saw dolphins from the deck! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella we could borrow for the beach. We had a couple maintenance issues and they responded immediately. Had someone over within a couple hours and corrected everything. Highly recommended.

Perfect family get away

This place is in perfect spot walking distance to everything you need, gas station, food, surf shop, beach! It is comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would return! Only complaint I have is they don’t list everything they offer/have at the unit under amenities! Beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, portacrib, cooler.., we rented some things online beforehand not knowing but they have it there for guests.

Perfect for our family of 10

This condo was nice and perfect for our family of 10. The location was easy to get to, and plenty to do within walking distance. Or take the trolly down to John's Pass, since it rained one day. The pool and hot tub were nice, even in the rain, as they were warm.If you stay longer than 3 days, bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods, as they provide 3. I knew this ahead of time and was prepared. We had requested an early check in, and were willing to pay the 100 extra, as we had toddlers that flew in early, but they were unable to accompany our request, even though I had asked 3 weeks early. They told me to check with them the day before check in, which I sent an email to them, but they didn't even respond. Just a note to all, don't plan on an early check in.Plenty of space for the little ones to run around. Nice sized balcony, but it faces north and hardly gets any sun, and it was windy and a bit chilly in the mornings, but nice in the evenings looking out at the inner waters.

Family Getaway

This was a perfect place to meet our grown up children who live in different states. We loved the comfort of the place and the location to the beach shops and restaurants. Thank you this mom was happy to have all her kids under one roof for a few days celebrating the new year and looking forward to what 2025 brings.

Convenient and relaxing.

We had an absolute great time. The property was great with a location that worked amazingly for us. We parked and did not have to drive any where unless we wanted to. We had a great view of the harbor and witnessed dolphins swimming around. Nice quiet location, clean and just a short walk for a great time.

Would not stay again

We traveled with our adult children their spouses and one grandchild that was two. Over the years we have stayed at Harborview Grande in many units. They were all well maintained and clean. When we first arrived all of us thought it was a nice condo. It did not take long to realize that it was not very clean. The one bathroom did not look like it was cleaned at all. There was black mold all in the toilet and around the sink. The front bedroom that looks out to the walkway and front door has see through blinds. You felt awkward sleeping there because anyone could look in. the street lights and the walkway lights kept the room from getting dark. The beds were very uncomfortable as was the furniture. Again, we love the building. The location is convenient. The building is secure. I can look past a lot however dirty and uncomfortable is hard to get past when you pay so much for your vacation. I will stay at the Harborview Grande again just not this unit.

Things that a listing doesn’t tell you!

Condo is an end unit, which is nice bc it gets a lot of natural light and is spacious. Master bedroom is as pictured and is lovely, although the room smelled a little musty (management sent damp rid over and it helped). The tv memory is v low so none of our streaming services would play. The living area is spacious and comfortable. TV worked well. The balcony view is beautiful! The furniture on the balcony is old & worn and cushions torn, but management replaced cushions. The balcony is facing north, so doesn’t get any sun throughout the day. I suppose this would be nice on a hot day, but our nights and mornings were chilly, so unable to enjoy the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms in the front of the condo that face a busy street. We heard loud cars and motorcycles from both rooms. One room has 2 queen beds; the other bedroom I believe the beds need to be remeasured. They seem like full sized beds. This bedroom also has very sheer blinds and the orange lights from the outdoor walkways illuminated into the room. The condo is within walkable distance to coffee, restaurants, bars & beach and on the trolley stop. Can easily stay in the condo/area without a car.

Sisters 70th Birthday get away

We arrived early evening and it was dark. Thier were no exterior hall lights. We had to use our cell phones for lighting as it was very dark. The whole floor leading to our unit which was at the very end of was vacant which made it worse. There were bugs in the kitchen, bathroom toilet had a leak, one of the guest beds felt like you were sleeping on the box spring and in another room the TV was not working. The kitchen table seats were extremely uncomfortable as well as the patio furniture. We called VRBO immediately due to liability/tripping hazard, but they could not assist because it was a weekend & could not get in contact with the mgmt co. I asked to be moved to a safer location but they could not accommodate said it would be up to mgmt co. I called the next day which they still have the old owners name in the unit. We found the correct number and they could do was bring flashlights for hallways and fix the toilet. This was highly rated, but I disagree. I spent alot of money for four nights to surprise my sister and make her weekend delightful but instead I was very embarrassing. I wrote a comment to Beaches regarding our stay and never responded back. Because of this experience I will not be booking with VRBO or Beaches again!

Great!

We stayed in this unit over Thanksgiving break for a beach volleyball tournament over on Sand Key. Very convenient location, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, extra blankets, and the kitchen was very well stocked.
