The property is listed that is sleeps 6 with the pull-out sofa as one of the beds. Since we had 5 staying, we needed to use the pull-out sofa. However, there were no sheets for it. The contract stated that the owner would provide all bedding. I messaged the owner the first night and the next morning they said they would bring them. They were never brought and when I followed up, I received no response. Very disappointing that for 3 nights we had to squeeze 5 people in 4 sleeping spots when the condo was to sleep 6.

Location, Location, Location

The place was perfect for what we wanted. There were a few issues but nothing to mess up our trip. We did not have parking passes in the room or wash cloths. I called Friday after hours and late Saturday morning they dropped off one pass (I needed 2) and hand towels not wash cloths. I called back to request a 2nd parking pass, to request a late check out and report what looked like mold in the master bath vent. We never received the 2nd parking pass and the maids showed up at 10:15am. We did just report the mold and didn't want them to come in while we were there. Over all the management company answered the phone and didn't tow our vehicle so I would still recommend. The location was perfect! We saw sunrises from our balcony and sunsets at the beach (walked across the street)!

Location!'Location! Location!

Clean, quiet, great location ! Short walk to beach and John's Pass Village shops. Cool view of bay - saw dolphins and//or manatees each day! Small drawbacks: one elevator for the building, which can mean 10+ minutes wait during busy time, iin-sinkerator didn't turn on, anecthe clothes dryer vibrates like crazy and runs LOUD!!! The unit-provided beach chairs, sand mats and umbrella were an unexpected bonus!! Will definitely look for this unit's availability on future trips to Madeira Beach!!

Great Views!!

I had a question about check-in and on the confirmation e-mail the number to call says to dial a different number for questions. That number rings once then hangs up. I called back the original number and selected 1 for an on site emergency number and she was able to answer my question. I told her the number on the e-mail was not correct and she said, we don't send the e-mail out. The carpet from the elevator to the room was heavily stained. Inside the room, there were scuffed walls everywhere plus some sort of tan colored stains on the bathroom wall above the toilet. The bunk bed is not sturdy (this should be checked for safety reasons) and there was no broom to sweep the floor. A small lamp sitting on the floor by the TV with no purpose. There were extra, very nice Bamboo pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. It was very disappointing that there was no mention (in the listing or rental agreement) of the pool being closed until July for remodeling. Yes, I would have looked for another place to stay while searching. Just little things that popped out when you expect your vacation stay in a new building to be clean and crisp. We just expected better. The location is awesome and the view was amazing.

Perfect Location

Perfect location. Short walk to John's Pass, and right across the street from beach access. Beach chairs and towels provided in the unit. Check-in was a bit confusing, but overall had a great stay.

Great place

All was well. The only problem is I could not get a reply from the person I was told to contact. I had to go to Target and purchase sheets and blankets for the pull out bed and sheets for the second bedroom! Everything else was good and very clean.

Cute condo and great space for 2 adults and small kids..

I loved this condo, but the bed situation was difficult for 4 adults. The bunk beds were very rickety and loud, and the sofa bed was painful. The king bed was amazing! This is a fabulous location!

Nice place-poor management

Upon arriving the elevator was broken down for more than 24 hours, we were on the 5th floor. Argh! We had the property management call us the next 2 days. 1st time in the morning while my family was asleep, they said they needed to come in the unit and replace an element for the stove, because the owner has sold the unit and its under contract. Wow! not kidding. On top of that the element did not work and the stove was down for the 7 days we stayed there. The following day they called again, and said they needed to bring the future buyers in for a walkthrough. each time they called they only gave us 30-45 minutes of preparation time. We were told they were going to compensate us for the 2 days. They only compensated 1 day. I left countless text and phone calls in regard to the matter over the past 2weeks, I mentioned I do not want to leave a bad a bad revue, but they never responded to my messages. Very poor management. Beware!

Great location

The property is super close to John's pass pier, which is a really great shopping and recreation area. The ocean is right across the street and the bay is directly behind the building. The only thing I wish for was a better pool. It was extremely small and located in the parking lot. The condo was clean and looked really new. Very nice place and we had a great time.

Beautiful View at an Amazing Location

We stayed here a week June 26-July 3, 2021. Our arrival to the condo was slightly frustrating... our elevator entrance number and code to condo door were incorrect, but I quickly got in contact with the property manager and the issue was fixed within a few minutes. The condo itself was great overall. The king sized bed was great to have and the view from the master bedroom was perfect to wake up to each day. The condo was clean and well kept. One issue we did have was that the bunk bed was quite rickety and not put together well. We actually scooted it to the corner to help with stability. I also wish there were blankets for sleeper sofa as well as a broom to clean up sand with on occasion. There was a tiny vacuum in the closet but it really did not do well. My only real complaint is the dryer... it is SUPER buzzy sounding and loud. It could use a visit from a repair man asap. It was nearly impossible to watch TV or sleep with the dryer going. My overall complaint about the building itself is the elevator. It was out of order several times during our stay and for a few hours each time. I know these things happen and I don't mind taking the stairs, but when you're on the 7th floor AND needing to bring luggage or groceries up or down, it is quite frustrating. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the location could not be beat. Madeira Beach is our favorite vacation location. We had a fantastic time and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Nice condo with a management problem

Let me start by saying the condo itself was a great place to stay. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Now comes the imperfections. To start with, we had a late flight and did not realize that we never received any information regarding check in or room code. Upon arrival we thought maybe we just go to the lobby and check in. The receptionist, Jamie, was extremely helpful and did what he could do to try to get information for us. With that being said, he could not get through to the people whom we rented the condo through. We even contacted the emergency number and got no response for 2 hours. Finally, just a little before midnight we got a response with the codes to get in the room. Come to find out, the people who manage the property was located off the property. I even drove out there to try to get in the condo. Upon inspection of the room, we discovered that the master bathroom did not have a seal under the glass door and water poured out of the shower, the bunk beds in the kids room were very unstable, and the cable box to the kids tv was stuffed in a drawer and not even set up. The first two issues were conveyed to the property manager but neither were taken care of. The cable box was just a matter of hooking it up and letting it download the info but still not something a renter should have to deal with. I understand the building is new but these are issues that should have been dealt with.

New! But not ready.

It was nice and new, but it didn’t seem complete. Code to get in ...directions weren’t clear and we had to call to get in. There was still mud on the walls in bathroom, because it was still being worked on. There were medicine cabinets in closet. Furniture still had tags on. Couldn’t use bottom pull out on bunk. Sheet on master did not fit well. Great coffee machine, but no coffee! No soap at all! Ice maker wasn’t working, until we hooked it up. We had to hook up TV. It was Nice, but disorganized. Didn’t seem ready for guests.
