Great little spot. Super nice and comfortable. Parking can be a little tedious if you have a truck but I’m sure that’s just the nature of this area. But I would highly recommend this place I will definitely be coming back.

It was perfect. 3 min walk to the beach. Perfect stay for 2-3 people. Room was clean and cool when we got there. Would definitely stay again!

This location was perfect for 1-2 people. Nicely well maintained, clean and located directly across the street from a beach access pathway. Less than a five minute walk to the Pass.

I made a last minute plan to go to a rays game and needed a place to stay. This place lived up to the expectations and was a great place to stay for the night. No complaints and will definitely stay again if I go back

I needed a relaxing getaway in a clean place for a few days and this was perfect! Great size for 1 or 2 adults. The location is outstanding, literally walking distance to plenty of shopping, eateries and the beach. There's public parking across the street for visitors, which was very convenient for me. The host was also wonderful - they were helpful, sweet and responsive. I am definitely recommending it to my friends and will book it again in the future. THANK YOU!!

We had such a wonderful quick trip! It’s such a wonderful short walk to the beach. So close to so many fun things like John’s pass and we hit up Bamboo Beach Grill for some great entertainment, food and environment! If you want some great clam chowder hit up Friendlys! We utilized the easy access to the trolley to go other places! Oh and how can I forget Lisa’s next door for Brunch, absolutely Delicious!!!!! Dennis was a great host and there is also a 7 eleven a block away open 24 hours, so accommodating! Favorite part was that the room provides 2 chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for a great time at the beach. We will be back!!!!

Best cozy spot! Location! Location! Parked rental when arrived and never got back in until it was time to leave. Beach right across the street and a few min walk to John’s Pass! I would highly recommend.

The hosts were great! The communication was amazing and they also checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Our flight was later in the day the day we left and they were very accommodating. Beach access was right across the street with a crosswalk closeby, the trolley stop was right by the place, and St John’s Pass was an 8-9 minute walk. Lisa’s cafe is close by if you want a good and decent priced brunch as well! The room was clean, the pool was nice, and the instructions and things close by were easily accessible in the room. There were beach chairs and beach towels to use as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area! The

Close to beach for sunset walks, thanks for the beach chairs in the closet. Easy to get to Johns Pass for restaurants, bars and ice cream. Small space but worked for our needs

Great location close to beach and boardwalk

Dennis and his wife were great host very accommodating and helpful. The unit is small but was perfect for what we needed. Enjoyed the pool, beach, and boardwalk. Will staying again in the future if we return to Madeira Beach.

Great hosts and location

The hosts, Dennis and MJ, are awesome. The best hosts we've encountered in many VRBO stays. Very easy check in process. The property is very clean. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach is a short walk across the street. We had a great time. Thanks again Dennis and MJ!

Perfect vacation spot

We were very happy to stay at the cozy corner! We had what we needed. Great for 2 people! Beach chairs and umbrella were available and used almost everyday. We loved walking to John’s Pass, restaurants and ice cream were all within walking distance . Dennis and Mj were great to talk with, if you need anything they are very responsive. Definitely coming back.

Great Location

Great location for the area....easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and John's Pass for shopping and entertainment. Condo was clean and communication with the owner was good. Parking was available but spots were small so a larger vehicle may be a challenge to park. Other than that the condo has everything you need for a condo at the beach.

Great little place with all the things you need to go to the beach without having to pack them

Great place , only problem we had was the combo lock on the door would not lock last couple days we were there, so we didn't feel safe leaving anything valuable in the room unsecured.

Great host great place

What a great host, I have stayed at several VRBO houses and Dennis and his wife were absolutely great to deal with very quick to respond, when we got there the beach chairs that were provided to use were not working properly, not only did they bring us there personal chairs to use for the remainder of our stay they came out on the beach and found us to switch them out and went out of there way to make sure everything was right this day in age that is not done often enough. This place is in a great location close to lot of restaurants and right across the street from the beach in a quiet end of town will definitely book again if ever back to the area room was clean and great for two people to have a quiet week or weekend at the beach.
