Good location. Best pool we have had at any vacation rental. Did have issues with ants in the kitchen, ruining birthday cake and other staples. Rental company was unwilling to compensate us for our losses.

Beautiful home with everything!

House was exactly like the pictures! Loved the location private yet, close to everything. There’s an ice cream shop right down the street you can walk to and they also have great coffee. Kitchen had everything you needed including spices if you plan on cooking. Supermarket was so close you could walk there if needed. Although, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool it was big and super clean! The email communication was awesome and the book of places in area for guests was so helpful with some great recommendations! We took walks in the morning and the neighbors were so friendly! The house was equipped with beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, outdoor toys, floats, etc.. would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Only downside to the property is 3 story and master kitchen and living room is on 2nd floor. Was fine for us except the 1 older person in our group. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor so wasn’t to big of a deal

Wanted to love this place but so unclean :(

We truly wanted to love this place, we were so very excited for this vacation with our friends! Unfortunately, the bed having bugs in it was MISERABLE and disgusting. I have bites all over me still
 I don’t think it was bed bugs, but no see ums. We couldn’t even sit out in the screened in area without getting bit. And anytime I sat on any couch or sleeping in my bed I would get bites as well. I actually saw them on my sheets, just terrible. The property is also for sale currently, so what probably used to be a very nice rental home has just not been kept up at all. The pool light never did work. The outside string lights were 70% burnt out, grill was not usable whatsoever, vanity drawers were broken, spider webs everywhere around pool area. We found another person’s sleep mask in the couch cushion , covered with dust. It was just such a disappointment. The host was helpful as far as answering questions prior to us being there and sending check in and check out info. We would not book with this rental company again unfortunately.

Loved it

The rental company was amazing and on top of any problems that arrose. A wood step broke they came right out to fix it. No bags boards they brought out the day I called.. The cleaning got a 4. The house was super clean and I was happy about that. I did find a broken glass outside on the patio and a dirty cup with a couple empty water bottles on the 2nd floor deck. The only thing I was really disappointed about which had nothing to do with the rental company was when the landscapers blew a bunch of stuff into the pool that my son and I cleaned out, which was no fault of the rental company, the owner is working on selling it, so they had landscapers out twice interrupting my relaxing vacation and a realtor came by and took pictures unscheduled while we were there. Owner decided to lay shells out while I was there which was not convenient for my family. Overall I would definitely rent with sandy feet rental again.

Great location.

This property has a wonderful location. Close to Pinellas Trail and lots of local things to explore. We had great responses from the staff during our stay. We know there was flooding in the area recently due to hurricane going by and figure they had lots to do prior to our arrival. Family of 7
it was tight feeling at times but overall met our needs. Loved the pool area.

The home is situated in a really quiet neighborhood and has plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own space for a little bit when needed. Check in was simple and communication with host was great - they have a book filled with information on the area if you’re in need of something to do. Very close to a Publix and a great little ice cream shop Donne the street

Family gathering

My family suffered a loss in the family and had to travel to Tampa. We booked this house for all of us to be together. The property is great for families. It had an excellent game room downstairs and the pool was wonderful. The master bath condition(old, small tub for my dad, stained grout) and 3 flights of stairs were downsides for my parents who are older. The response time from the host was excellent. Overall, a nice stay.

Beautiful home

My family had an awesome time staying at this beautifully renovated house. It was spacious, beds were comfortable, all the TVs were HUGE! The pool was well maintained and heated! Everything was as advertised! The property owner was very open and communicative the entire stay, and very friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!
