Perfect little spot! The place was clean and tidy. It was about 15/20 min drive to the beach and or airport. Close to places to eat as well! Only downfall was trying to figure out the shower without flooding the bathroom the door went in instead of out and the water sprayed the tip is to get in the shower as you turn it on so you don’t get the floor wet! Overall great place we will book again!

This property was exactly as described. Clean, neat and had the amenities we sought for our overnight stay. Reasonably priced for the area; close enough to the beach and other area attractions. Great communication from the owner! Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great! The studio was spacious with plenty of space between the bed and the couch; the king sized bed had motion activated lights underneath, so that every time you get on or off the bed, the lights turn on. The kitchen had literally everything you might need to cook with. The shower was spacious, and the rainfall shower head was a pleasant bonus. The only thing that was inconvenient was the bathroom sink that was super shallow, so the water was getting splashed everywhere. The highlight of the studio for me was the roof imitation the owners build and the lighting both work perfectly together. The studio was actually built in a double-car garage that looks so cozy from the inside that you don’t even remember it’s not an actual apartment!

Our host was excellent. She had very detailed instructions and was very accommodating. Everything was very clean and she had water and coffee for us. We will definitely be back!

Host was very welcoming & communicative. Place was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for a couple nights. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood close to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. A 15 min drive from the beach and 30 min drive from Tampa. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Very cute place. Was perfect for our girls getaway of 3. 4 people would be a little crowded unless you’re very close to all of the people staying. A stove/oven would be nice but we did not need it and it did not affect our stay. The others with me did not like the toilet paper issue and but that did not affect our stay. Overall would stay again. Was responsive quickly with messages and the place was clean enough.

Exceeded My Expectations!

Super beautiful and clean with very modern amenities. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. I would recommend this to anyone who likes upscale with a great price and a very professional host!
