Best place to stay in Indian Shores, Fl
Awesome! Host’s Lynne and John were excellent to work with! The west wing is set up beautifully with beachy colors and excellent amenities in the room as well as outside! Very easy access to beachside. Definitely 5 ⭐️

Awesome private place
I was here for a beach wedding on Sunday. The place was Very cute, only minutes from the beach. The host was very nice and welcoming. The West wing was Perfect for my needs and the pool was amazing!

Great property!
We stayed in 1 of 3 available rooms, The West Wing. Direct access to the clean deck/warm pool. Less than 10 minute drive to the beaches! Owners very respectful and answered any questions promptly. Highly recommend and would stay again!

One of our favorite trips
This was our first alone vacation in 13yrs and we had such a great time, Lynn & Jeff were so friendly & helpful. Exactly as listed, room & grounds were super clean. Pool was amazing. So close to everything!! Thank you so much, we definitely hope to come back!! And the rum cakes were AMAZING!

The West Wing is the best!
Lynn and Jeff warmly greeted me upon arrival and made me feel right at home. The room and pool area were spotless and very comfortable. They provided everything you would need from soap to coffee for a great stay. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Thanks again!

Paradise awaits you
Second stay at this wonderful property. If I could, I would give it 10 stars. Lynne thinks of everything one might need or might have forgotten to pack. All you have to do is unpack your bag and relax.

Absolutely Beautiful
My hubby and I stayed at this magnificent place and we loved it! We both agree we need to go back to take advantage of the beauty and tranquility that this beautiful place offers. That picture definitely doesn’t show all of this place’s beauty. Lynne and Jeff were excellent host! They were very accommodating and replied very quickly to our 2 questions 😊 We will definitely be back for a real time out in our own Oasis ! Lovely and peaceful
This was our second stay here. First time was in the Green Room and this time was in the West Wing. Both rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Location is convenient and quiet. Pool area is delightful, so relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any communication. And the fresh rum cake is a delicious bonus. We’ve already booked our next stay.

Beautiful Place for a Couples Getaway!
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! It feels like you are on vacation from the moment you drive in. They have done an amazing job with the landscaping and outdoor amenities. Our room was very nice and comfortable, and had a fun theme throughout. The pool and the area around was amazing. We spent a lot of time there. Overall it was very quiet and relaxing. We would certainly come back again! Oh and Lynne's rum cake was an amazing treat!

Amazing Stay!
We had a great time at this property! Pristine, beautiful, amazing surroundings! It was as if we were the only couple here the entire time. We ubered to and from our locations, next time( a tip for travelers) rent a car. The location is not bad for traffic at all!! Loved it and would love to return. And don't hesitate, buy a cake to take home!!

The property was in a neighborhood, very quiet & relaxing after long days of sightseeing. Lynne, the property owner was available in person and via text. She literally has thought of providing everything that the guest might need...to even include a pair of readers. I will definitely ask to book here again.

Comfortable beach getaway
The house was easy to find. A short drive to the beach. Lovely pool. Room was well stocked with necessities. Comfortable king size bed. Owners are on site but rarely seen and very friendly. Private entrance. Would definitely stay here again. (Oh, and the cake was delicious!)

What was “unique” about this property? It was amazing!! It’s the best of everything in the Seminole, Reddington Beach area. You are an easy, quick drive to the beach and all the fun that goes with that🏖 Yet, after a day of sun & fun you can retreat back to your room and Lynne & Jeff’s beautiful pool~patio that is absolutely lovely. Our room was immaculate and cozy. Their entire property is just beautiful and they are both the kindest of people ❤️ We loved our stay and hope to return in future✈️☀️🏖

Amazing oasis

Our little oasis
It felt like staying in The Keys without the distance and drunks! Staying here was one of the best and most relaxing vacations I have ever had. Lynne and Jeff are wonderful and thought of everything we might need/forget on our trip. The property is in the heart of plenty, but designed to feel like a tropical paradise away from everything. The Island Rum Cake was incredible and the hospitality felt warm and inviting. The only way it could have been better is to be able to live there permanently! The West Wing is charming with a king bed and shower/tub combo. Although the pool looked inviting, the weather decided to cool down a little too much for swimming. But I danced in the rain, saw tropical plants and the beach is only 2 miles away. I look forward to coming back to visit.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The pool is such an amazing feature to have! Red tide was a little bad this year and the pool was a life saver! We will never stay anywhere else but with Lynne and Jeff!
