Stay beside the Intracoastal Waterway in a private one-bedroom Indian Rocks Beach bungalow for four. A king bed and living-room sleeper sofa, full kitchen and ground-floor entrance make an easy beach base. Walk about five minutes to 7th Avenue Gulf beach access, then return to shared waterfront seating and the fishing dock. One parking space, free shared laundry and beach towels are included. Pets require prior approval and a fee; the outdoor waterfront spaces and dock are shared.

YOUR PRIVATE BUNGALOW
The bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and clothing storage. A sleeper sofa in the living room brings the maximum occupancy to four. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and starter toiletries are provided.

KITCHEN & DOWNTIME
Prepare meals in the full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. The living area has a dining table and Smart TV, with a separate small desk for a laptop.

SHARED WATERFRONT SPACES
The bungalow faces the Intracoastal Waterway. Outdoor patios, waterfront seating and the fishing dock are shared with the other units. The dock has no electric or water hookup; boat arrangements depend on availability and suitability. Gulf beach access at 7th Avenue is about a quarter mile away, approximately a five-minute walk. Follow marked beach access paths and posted rules; beach fires are prohibited.

PARKING, LAUNDRY & ARRIVAL
One parking space and free detached shared laundry are included. The bungalow has its own ground-floor entrance and keypad self check-in. Check-in begins at 4 PM; checkout is by 11 AM.

PETS & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Pets require prior approval and a $125 fee per pet, per stay. The booking guest must be at least 23. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be completed in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements. Smoking and events are not permitted.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home's contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

- Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida's warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.

- Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July-November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We'll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Free shared on-site laundry is available for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.

- Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.

- Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
