When we arrived font the screen door propped opened. Then found that the screen door is broke and would not latch. Beginning to unpack, found that all furniture had a layer of dust, table still had glass rings on the tops,floors upstairs had not been swept, behind doors had build up. We found towels still in the dryer and the dryer vent was packed with lint. We had to unload the dish washer and put away dishes. The mamagement told us to hold off they would to it the next day. We couldn’t wait we had to live there for a week. We also had paid to have this all done and was cheated on that area. While there we used the dishwasher that ended up flooding the kitchen. We cleaned that up. Next day service determined the needed to replace it. They were going to let us know. We came back that following day to finwd a new dishwasher with no notice. We also had to cleanup the install mess, pick up screws in the condo that had spread over the first floor and reset the patio furniture which had been move the roof top of the patio below. Very poor management this week and no good response except we will get to it tomorrow. Also the bedding us subpar. Pillows were very poor.
The tub upstairs had been updated and was the nicest item in the condo. The silverware is badly spotted and stained and very flimsy. Needs an upgrade. We love the area and will return but not to this condo and not to this management company with the cost we paid and the help we failed to receive.
