Overall, the unit was very nice... clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The view of the marina was lovely, though unfortunately there was a strong smell of seaweed (like rotten eggs) near our building during our stay. This isn’t something the host can control, but it did affect the experience. The unit is a bit of a walk from the pool and beach bar, but nothing too inconvenient.The major issue we had was with the A/C. Out of the four nights we stayed, the upstairs bedroom only had working air conditioning for one night. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep, and the heat made the seaweed odor from outside seep in even more. This made it hard to relax and enjoy our time in the unit.We checked out slightly after the 10 a.m. time, around 10:15, and although the late check-out fee was waived due to the A/C issues, we felt that wasn't really adequate compensation. For the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable stay. Being unable to sleep comfortably for 3 out of 4 nights was disappointing and impacted our overall experience.

App hire Beach getaway

This property was amazing. It literally has everything you need except food and drinks. They have all your beach accessories that you need. The unit was very, very clean. The view is exceptionally beautiful. Our host was very kind and helpful. There were a few choices for food and drinks which was helpful. We really liked Sudi’s. The walk to Sapphire Beach was about five minutes and it is beautiful. I will definitely return.

Amazing place to stay!!!

We loved every single thing about our stay! Robert was the most amazing host hands down that we have ever had and we travel a lot! He helped us in so many ways during our stay as well as before we got there. The unit was spotless and I am super picky! He had everything we could possibly need which came in handy since we couldn’t bring half the things we needed on the airplane. He had a cooler, backpack chairs, floats, snorkel masks, sunscreen, beach towels, bug spray, and so much more! The unit was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants at Sapphire Beach Resort. We loved being tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the resort and we loved being by the marina and watching all the boats coming and going. The views were also amazing from this unit and we loved having an AC unit upstairs and downstairs! We loved our week here in the USVI and we can’t wait to come back one day!

Nice updated villa but the resort is under renovations and dirty

The Villa was nice and updated. Nice view from balcony. Comfortable bed. Had everything that you could need such as kitchen, beach towels, hair dryer even games etc. Some things were broken such as the dryer. The property owner/ manager was excellent with communication. The resort itself was under renovations and the pool was closed due to the construction which would have been nice to know ahead of time which is why I said it didn’t quite match description. The ocean was nice and they had a beach bar however the sand had trash in it and was kind of gross.

Paradise!

Perfect space for 3 people. Beautifully decorated and adequately equipped. My husband and I stayed upstairs and my daughter loved having her own bed and bathroom downstairs. We enjoyed eating on the patio with a spectacular view and peaceful being a short distance away from the all the activity at the beach. Beach had great snorkeling, food, and atmosphere. Restaurants, shopping, Ferry to St. John a short drive away. This was the perfect place for us!!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Great views of the marina. Very nice beach. My only recommendation is to remove the amenity that there is a hot tub. There is a very nice pool but no hot tub. Not a big deal but something we noticed. Host was also amazing. There was no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. They delivered new ones that day. We really appreciated that!

Amazing stay

My husband and I were celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary. Robert was very helpful in recommending places to eat and the place was even better in person. It was clean and the view of the marina was great. The resort was very welcoming and was peaceful. We enjoyed the Friday night party and we ended our stay for the last night with a dinner at Sea Salt. If you’re into a bit of soul food, Craving Crabs have the best Oxtails and you must visit the Mountain Top for the banana daiquiri! Just remember to keep left!!!! We were able to adjust in no time. I would definitely stay at Sea Haven again 💕💕

Beautiful place

I would have given 5 stars, but the upstairs air would not stay cool and the bathroom didn't have window coverings. We couldn't shower at night. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

Great Condo at Sapphire Beach

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It is in close walking distance to the beach and several places to eat. We loved the view and watching the boats come and go. Plenty of space, would recommend!

Perfection! We loved this villa!

My husband and I stayed here for one week in May 2023 and enjoyed every minute of it. The property is exactly as pictured on vrbo. It was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The views from both balconies are stunning. We loved the location. If you are familiar with the Sapphire area, it is about halfway between Sapphire beach and Sudi’s restaurant, which was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk to both. I appreciated that the owner provided beach gear including lightweight beach chairs that you can carry on your back like a backpack, and a big bag to carry beach towels (also provided). We were coming off of a one week charter on a sailboat so we were thrilled to have a spacious accommodations and a washer/dryer in unit - so convenient! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, cups and everything you should need. The king size bed was very comfortable. The owner Robert and his property managers were very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. We are already planning a return trip next year and hope to book the same unit.

We loved the condo, it was well decorated, quiet and we enjoyed the marina view/location. The beach bar and pizza bar were perfect for our beach day excursions and we enjoyed the nightlife and restaurants close by in Red Hook.

This property is perfect, nice morning view of the marina on either patios. It has modern updates in the entire place including both bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. The stackable laundry that is available is a huge amenity. Hands down one of the nicest places on the resort!

We loved this condo, it is a great location and the views are spectacular.

This condo has everything you need, very comfortable and clean. The upstair bedroom has a balcony as well. Having two showers was nice and plenty of towels. You will not be disappointed, the pictures shown of the property are exactly what you get. Check in was easy and trouble free. Thank you Sydnee for your quick response to all inquiries. We have stayed at sapphire a few times now and much prefer the marina view to beach view. I absolutely recommend this condo, it's very modern, well equipped and spacious. I would rent again!

Great Trip!

Awesome SMALL resort. Relaxing, easy to find a spot to set up at the beach. Room was as described and property managers were excellent. Only issue we had was intermittent power loss a few times during our stay while it rained. Can’t wait to come back.
