Hotel Stackpole and Castlemartin

« Perfect experience in this charming hotel. Everything was smooth and easy. Staff is very helpfull and available. The restaurant is very pleasant. Car parking is convenient. »

« The hotel was super clean and the room was very tidy and pretty modern. All the staff were lovely. Very nice to get free parking and breakfast. The only let down was the food in the evening. Paid quite a lot of money for three steaks and they were pretty poor quality and definitely not worth the money. The beds were quite soft which I'm not used to but still had a great night's sleep either way. I'll definitely look to stay here again though the next time we're down as it's in such a great...

« Le personnel a été particulièrement charmant et attentif. En plein centre ville et en même temps, très calme. Idéal pour aller visiter le château, 5 min à pieds. Restauration possible sur place et c’est bon. »

« Petit hôtel, restaurant familial. Très accueillant, restaurant bon, copieux petit-déjeuner. Chambres spacieuses, propres. Lit confortable. Parking en face. »

« We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! « Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only. Broken toilet seat, damp walls. Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning. Very jaded rooms. Bird poo all over the garden furniture. »

« Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty… Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail… »

« The stairs were too steep and shallos »

« Well located - close to the beach, costal paths and Tenby is a 10 min drive away. Well sized rooms, which are looking a little tired with minimal amentities. Nice lounge area in the main house with lovely roaring fire in the evenings Staff are very helpful and friendly Dog friendly which is very helpful (if you have dogs) I would suggest that hotel is over priced for what it is »

« Really enjoyed our stay the room was spotless and very quiet exactly what we needed before a mad Christmas ahead. »

« Great Guest House to stay. Hope to be back one day. »
