„Very well located with an excellent restaurant.“

„Great location, very comfortable bed. Nice to have windows that open to let in fresh air and not noisy, even though facing street.“

„Very friendly staff great restaurant and breakfast.“

„Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber für die paar Tage die ich da war, war es vollkommen ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für ein kurzen Aufenthalt und wenn man hauptsächlich ins Theater gehen möchte, ist es sehr zu empfehlen.“

„Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. „I was there for 3 nights, the rooms are big and the bed is confy. I enjoyed my stay, just the check out was not that good. Reception opens at 08:00am and i left at 06:00, so i had no idea where i should leave the room key - no information or drop box. Anyway, if i will go to stratford for a second time, i will choose bentley‘s again!“

„noisy refrigerator next to bed, needed proper desk for personal work, bed had polyester sheets, mattress in serious need of replacement, room smelled of food from adjacent restaurant, no way to block light into bedroom from bathroom, shower floor EXTREMELY slippery with no hand rails“

„Very upsetting as the shower would not engage. The amenity that is most needed in the morning was not working.“

„Very clean room and well appointed. We had a very comfortable stay.“

„The staff was friendly, the parking was easy, the motel is close to Festival Theatre, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the coffee was excellent. Thank you!“

„The hosts were charming, welcoming and accommodating. Proximity to the theatres and the town centre made this a perfect destination.“

„Hosts are so helpful, knowledgeable, flexible. Quick drive to town and theatres. Breakfast was delicious, presented beautifully, and plentiful. The hosts packed part of my breakfast for early departure the last day.“

„Our room was clean and the area surrounding the motel was quiet. We came for the Stratford festival and enjoyed our stay at this quaint motel.“

„No real comments either way“

„The room was clean, and the staff was helpful - but the space itself was like a boarding house. Not at all in keeping with what one would expect for 2026. I booked the room thinking I was paying in Canadian dollars at $235/night- and was shocked by that price when I saw it in person. BUT: When I learned a few days later that it was $235 USD - $344.90 CAD - I was livid. No place that looks like this has any right to charge almost $350 per night. I would totally encourage you stay there if ...
