« This property is an absolute gem. So much space and the central location to the Otseho and the Kaaterskills was so ideal. Surpassed my expectations, very tastefully decorated and peaceful. Will be back! »

« Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and...

« This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown. »

« Fabulous place to stay! Kids had so much fun meeting the chickens and horses. Beautiful views and family fun around the fire pit every night! We had an issue with a doorknob in house and it was fixed before we got home from the baseball games that day. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Would definitely stay here again! »

Amanda left us a wonderful gift basket full of local goodies, drinks in refrig, a kind note and a welcome sign with our name on it. Such thoughtful touches. Our favorite part of the home was the 1 min walk to entrance to Vroman’s Nose hiking trail. Our family enjoyed our morning hike. We definitely recommend this home and will be back...

« We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating.
