« The owner was a great host. He was very informative and knowledgeable. His home is a museum of beautiful antique furniture and paintings. We especially enjoyed walking the neighborhood and admiring all the beautiful historic homes. The home cooked breakfast was 5 star and served beautifully on an impeccably set table. The antique dishes and silver serving pieces were gorgeous and made for a dining experience that takes you back in time. »

« Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens. »

« Enjoyed my stay at this beautiful historic home on a bluff overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable & my room opened onto the wrap around patio. »

« Fire alarm chirping all night our first night. They did change the batteries the next morning. Caretaker of the house is so very sweet. »
