Hôtel près de Starr Library, Rhinebeck, Rhinebeck

« Everything was great. Dinner was excellent. Walking distance to everything in town. »

« The property was in the midst of some renovations, but it was comfortable, clean, and the hosts were quick to answer any questions. The check-in process was clear and smooth, and the location next to a lovely tavern and just down the street from a market was ideal. But the best feature of all was the gorgeous river view from the balcony. I would never get tired of waking up to that. »

« I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

« Chambre impeccable, excellent déjeuner, personnel courtois. »

« One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The...

« The breakfast could have been better. »

« It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am. We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner. It a nice location right near the waterfront. Give the place a good cleaning. »

« Jenny's Country Inn could be a little gem. The sheets and bathroom were clean. Nice towels, decor was kinda cute. But....there were cobwebs in the corner of our room and hanging from the ceiling. The carpet was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed recently. The mattresses were old and creaky. The outside of the building had plants growing on the end of it and there were spiders in the hallway upstairs. With a little paint on the walls and a good cleaning it could be a great place to stay. I...
