Surrounded by towering pines, the home features two living areas, multiple outdoor decks, and a spacious layout designed for gathering, offering a peaceful mountain setting with convenient access to year-round recreation and local attractions.



The Space:

Inside, the main level brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen beneath a slanted wood plank ceiling that adds warmth and character to the open space. Cushioned wicker seating, swivel armchairs, a decorative non-functional fireplace, and a smart TV create a welcoming place to gather, while the dining table seats six for shared meals. The kitchen includes modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, and generous workspace for preparing meals, with sliding doors from both the kitchen and dining area opening onto the deck to extend the living space outdoors.



The lower level offers a second living area with a smart TV, plush seating, a cozy reading corner with a pyramid bean bag, nesting tables, and a reading lamp, along with a bistro-style table for two. Guests also have direct access to the lower deck and the nearby utility area from this level.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is located on the main level and features a king bed, direct deck access, an ensuite shower-tub combination bathroom, and an open vanity.



Bedroom #2 is located on the lower level and includes 2 queen beds.



Bedroom #3 is also located on the lower level and features a king bed.



A convenient half bathroom is located on the main level, while the lower level includes a full guest bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

• Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Parking passes are provided inside by the front door and must be displayed on each vehicle's dashboard throughout your stay.

• This home is equipped with 1 exterior security camera located at the front door and monitoring the front entryway.
