  • Prepare to be impressed! Featuring breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, this townhome offers the best of everything! This luxurious mountain townhome offers a very private setting with delightful architectural details. The Montana ledge stone with a gas fireplace, massive beams, huge picture windows, and an incredible lake view deck. The kitchen has ample cabinet space for the whole family with a Lakeview! The master suite has its own gas log fireplace, private lake view deck, dual sink vanity, shower. Also, the home offers a separate office, double pane windows, outdoor Hot Tub and BBQ with Lakeview Deck and lounging area, self- contained spa on the main deck!
    This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior
    are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
    ● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
    ● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must
    display onthe driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated
    parking spaces and/ordisplay the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500
    to the owner of the vehicle.
    ● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
    ● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are
    required toaccess this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
    storm.
    ● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and
    dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
    Only 2 cars allowed at all times.

Home was large with plenty of room. View was amazing. Wish there were more parking spots available. The extra parking area was not within walking distance of the home. Property Management was available with any questions that arise. Would stay again.

View as the amazing and everything was great only thing we didn’t don’t to conferring is theirs only a mobile AC unit for the living room rest of the house gets pretty hot during the day

The home was amazing and hosts were great to work with. We stayed here with family and it was truly a wonderful experience and a perfect space for us all. Thank you to Julio and Zorka for having us and taking care of us this weekend. Definitely recommend this stay!

Inside was very good but the exterior is pretty rough. Definitely needs upkeep. Stairs are splitting and needs replacing. Stairs are extremely worn and need replacing. Not stable especially since there are so many. Porch is deteriorated and wobbly. Screens have holes in them on all sliding doors. Holes in screen windows. Entire house appears not to be painted for years. Again inside is very nice.

Host was very welcoming and was even able to accommodate an early check in. Took the family there for Thanksgiving and it met all of our needs. Great spot with a fantastic view!!!

Spectacular views and great location

The views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area are amazing from this property. It is located near the town of South Lake Tahoe as well as beaches, parks, and hiking trails. The house was as billed with nice amenities.

Amazing views and great for skiing

The place easily accommodated our group of five people. I very seldom post photos on Facebook but the view was so spectacular that I just had to this time. We had one minor issue with the outdoor lighting and the support agency had it resolved with in 24 hours. Great service. If you are skiing Heavenly Valley the closest free parking lot is three minutes away from this place. It doesn't get better than that.

Place was great! There are a lot of stairs, be aware. Also, not all cars may be able to get up the steep drive when there is ice and snow. The view was phenomenal. The place is older but in excellent condition with beautiful upgrades. It had everything we needed. The owner/manager was responsive. Hot tub was immaculate and warmed up quickly. The bed in the master and the shower are definitely geared for tall people. I'm 5'2" and I think the mattress came up to my armpit. We took a picture and I look like a child. I would suggest changing the rule re: using the towels at the hottub. This is a private hot tub on the patio and I'm not sure why the house towels couldn't be used. I do understand not taking them to the lake... but I would suggest an investment in some cheap beach towels. People coming from farther away may not be able to bring their own and shouldn't have to go buy them.Overall, it was a beautiful place. Had a great time.

Have to say the best thing about this property was the view. You could see all of Lake Tahoe. It was just stunning. The property itself is clean well managed, and everything they advertise. They could use more toilet paper rolls but other than that it was perfect

House was ok , but the view is what you come here for. 10 Min from Nevada beach. 15 min from heavenly village. Lots of old worn steps up to the house , no AC , dated furniture and no furniture then deck draw back from the appeal a bit. Hot tub didn’t work while we were there , but we enjoyed our time in Tahoe

Nice Place

Nice big place, 5 bedrooms,3 baths. Great views and hot tub. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Nice kitchen with plenty of cook ware. Wi-Fi speed was good. Huge master bedroom with beautiful walk-in shower. Washer and dryer off of kitchen. Close to Boulder ski lift. We would stay there again; it had the most magnificent view from our balconies and hot tub.

Beautiful lake view

Very nice house, it really makes you feel like you are out in the woods. Sean was very helpful throughout the whole way it took some time when reserving for over a month. Thank you so much! The view from the balcony is beautiful. Started snowing when we left and it was a great experience, my kids loved it we are all reserved for next skiing season!

Tahoe holiday

We had a great time during our stay at Tahoe. The flat is huge with great amenities. Kitchen is well equipped except for the oven as there wasn't a single oven dish! Hot tub was a success but the steps down to it can be a little perilous after a snowfall. The view is as nice as on the pictures. Showers were great with a lot of nice toiletries provided. Great gesture by the agency as they offered a nice bottle of red wine and a sparkling wine as it was my birthday! thank you.

Like: beautiful view to wake up to every morning and every evening to see the sunset! Large spacious home! Hot tub and lots of available towels, laundry room, spacious pantry, spacious master bedroom with the view, full kitchen necessities, Disliked: lots of stairs; not friendly for senior citizens. Refrigerator shelves were broken and could not use, trash disposal was broken, trash bins very far away from the house and not friendly to have to put your dirty smelly trash inside your car just to throw it out (but understandable due to bears) but still an inconvenience for guests. The rental property should be in charge of disposing of the trash as long as we get it ready downstairs before we check out. 2 rooms did not have curtains or blinds for privacy for the guests staying in those 2 rooms.

Great stay! Lovely view!

We stayed for four nights in late June. We had a party of eight adults and one 2 year old child. The property met our needs very well with plenty of room for everyone, a kitchen that met our needs well, and fantastic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding landscapes. The broadband wifi met our needs for the few that unfortunately had to do a little work, streaming movies and sports, and facetiming family that could not be there. If anyone in your party has issues with stairs this might not be the best property for you. We enjoyed the outdoor decks, the hot tub, and having a very large washer and dryer to use. We got excellent 5G cell phone reception at the house. Highly recommended and the staff were all very helpful.
