Spacious and Convenient location

Overall very pleased with unit. The upstairs master suite is huge and could fit my family of 5. Slightly disappointed in the size of the beds in the lower level. Not really great for bigger adults. We would definitely stay there again!

It was the perfect place for a ski getaway with friends. The shuttle to the lifts was easy to access, and you could also access town on the same bus.

Nice place

There were some issues as far as being able to utilize the hot tub. The lock and directions did not work the way they had described in the information. They were very quick to respond to any and all concerns or questions I had! The bedding and overall appearance of the place was clean . For some reason the beds are very low to the ground and sort of hard but they were ok and clean! Plenty of room and although dishes were not exactly all that I needed it was stocked decently for us to make and celebrate our Thanksgiving dinner! I would not say that the slopes are within walking distance unless you’re a super athletic person to carry all equipment and plan on a long walk before hitting the slopes! But they are close! I wish our views would have been better but overall nice location, neighborhood and accessibility to everything!

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as presented and was very nice and comfortable. It was unusually warm for end of September and the living room would get a little warm during the day but fine in the evenings The bedrooms were cool so we slept well. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall great stay!

Second Time Back!

This is the absolute perfect location for our group of 6 with plenty of room for everyone, and is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We love the comfortable furniture, well-supplied kitchen, and access to the outdoors with the balcony and hot tub. We appreciate the extra fans as the bedrooms get pretty hot in the summer months. Looking forward to making it a three-peat if possible next year!

The property was perfect. Just as advertised and very close to the bus stop. Short bus ride to the slopes and back. Close to shopping and downtown. All the amenities as advertised. Already going to book for next year.

*Almost* Fantastic

The positives were; The space (bedrooms and baths) was great. The location was perfect with the bus stop to the Steamboat ski area right at the end of the driveway. The kitchen and living room with the fireplace was nice. On the other hand the floors in the living room and kitchen (and generally throughout the house) were FILTHY. Our socks and feet were black with dirt after walking around. Each night I had to wash my son’s feet before bed, turning the tub floor black. Really gross. We tried to sweep but the floors needed a proper mopping. GROSS. ..,this makes you question the cleanliness of the rugs…? The kitchen was poorly equipped if you wanted to cook a family meal. All the kitchen knives were dull. The pots were second rate at best. The fridge had a really nice built in water pitcher, yet there was no filter! The water kettle’s handle was broken off making it unusable. There was one roll of paper towels and for the week that was not enough, especially considering there were not napkins provided (paper or cloth). If you have more than six people there are not enough dinning chairs at the table (the house is set to sleep eight). The master bath did not have shampoo and there were no extra towels. Overall it’s a great ski house, but these little things made it a place I would really second guess renting again. For the the price paid and description, you expect a more elevated experience. For all the fees paid on top of the nightly rate, you should get more.

Great Family Vacation

We loved the spaciousness of this town house. There were eight of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was located close to the bus pickup and since it was one of the first stops, we alway had a seat. (and was one of the first drop offs). We also had a parking spot for everyones car. We ate all of our meals in and loved the large kitchen and especially the large refrigerator. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space. We would definitely stay here again.

Need rugs by the door. Floors were a bit dirty as socks got dirty going without shoes. Parking was tight as we had two large SUV. Otherwise location was great and the property fight our needs well. Would rent again.

Overall the property was fine. The pictures are a little misleading, it is not as nice as advertised. Kitchen stuff was below average in quality, espcially for the price that was paid. On arrival pots and pans were still dirty and the overall the place was a bit dirty.

The place was wonderful! Very well equipped kitchen -it had everything we needed! Very clean and well kept! Super close to the shuttle which made it very convenient! Only downside was it was not clear in the description that it was a community hot tub, not private as we were expecting. Other than that it was beautiful and better than expected! Beautiful place!

Great local spot close to busses

Great spot to stay for skiing/boarding. Super close to bus stop that goes to gondola. Plenty of bedrooms with spacious living room. Kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. My one complaint/recommendation would be to add some door mats as there was no place to wipe off boots and it was a little difficult to keep the place clean.
