This property is fantastic. Very clean and well kept. Beautiful views and so close to the base area. The property manager was very nice and responsive. Walked over to the mountain for the free concert Friday night. We had a great stay. Very family friendly. Kids loved the loft / game room! Would definitely book this place again. Thank you!

Comfortable and Clean Steamboat Springs Stay!

We really enjoyed our mini family vacation in Steamboat Springs largely due to this property. It was sparkling clean, comfortable and had nearly all of the amenities our group of 11 needed! The kitchen was well stocked, the game room was awesome and the bed and bath rooms were roomy and spotless. We will definitely book again the next time we are visiting Steamboat Springs.

Had fun

Our first impression was disappointment as VRBO advertised this as a “house”. It was a condo, so a bit misleading. We loved the game room, the kids had a blast. The swimming pool was a lot of fun also, but it was advertised as a “private” pool. It was shared by the whole condo community. Overall the house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the deck and view. Our first night we discovered the oven only worked if you tweaked the knob to convection. I feel for the price paid, everything should be spotless and in working order. It’s a beautiful condo but starting to show some wear.

Great Condo for Families

My wife and I take our family, including grandsons aged 4,2 and 1, skiing once a year. This property accommodates our large party effortlessly, is spotlessly maintained and well located so that you can walk or take a shuttle to the ski area.

Family Ski trip

Great location and Amenities Galore!

We needed a five bedroom house to accommodate our family ski vacation and this house really delivered! We've stayed at multiple houses throughout the years at multiple resorts and this was the first house we can honestly say met all our needs and checked all the boxes. The house is beautifully furnished and wonderfully comfortable. In fact, everyone kept commenting on how comfortable the house felt. We have four adult children with spouses and three grandchildren, and each family had their own bathroom! With bedrooms on different floors, no one felt on-top of each other or in each other's way. The kitchen is well-equipped and looks out over the great room, making socializing while preparing food fun. Another great feature is the ability to walk to the slopes and rental shops, and for those not skiing on a particular day, it was convenient for them to meet everyone at the village for apres ski when skiing was over. Having a hot-tub at the house for after skiing was a real plus too! The entire family said it was an epic ski vacation and the house played a BIG role in making it so!

Family Retreat to Steamboat

We had a great stay in Steamboat recently. We were centrally located and had everything we needed at the house. The flexibility to dine indoors or out was really great, let alone we could get a few mean games of cards going in multiple locations. Jon, the local manager, was great and helpful as we navigated check-in and our arrival.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat and Cimarron 14 was the perfect place to stay. The small enclave of homes was really nice with a great pool. This unit had a beautiful view of the mountains from deck and we enjoyed using our outdoor area as well as the community pool. Nice little market within walking distance was handy for snack and beverage runs. Attentive property manager, clean, well-stocked and in great overall condition. Would definitely book again.

Gorgeous Steamboat Vacation Rental

We had a large family of 13 that enjoyed the high quality accommodations and proximity to the base area. Everyone indicated they would return and appreciated the friendliness of other guests and the quietness of the community. No doubt the mountain views were spectacular and we were able to watch a high tech 4th of July drone show from the balcony. The pool area was relaxing and the deck on the hot tub was used frequently. We have stayed in numerous residences in Steamboat over the past 25 years and this was by far the newest and most luxurious.

Exceptional Property

My family and I had a wonderful ski vacation while staying at this property: it has five legitimate bedrooms with queen or king size beds, a large stone fireplace with a view of the mountains, a hot tub on the balcony, and an unusually well stocked kitchen. Even though 20 years old, this condo has been very well maintained. And perhaps best of all, the shuttle to the mountain or returning home was never more than a 10 minute wait.

Amazing Christmas vacation

Our family of 12 stayed here and had an incredible time. The views were amazing. The home is in a great location. We were blessed with lots of snow while there, which made it even more perfect. The house had plenty of room for all without feeling crowded. It was well stocked, and super warm and cozy. The house had everything we needed. Such a great place to come home to after a cold day on the slopes. The kids loved the hot tub and game room and thought swimming in the community pool while it snowed was a blast. We really appreciated the on-demand shuttle. It made getting around a breeze. Jon, the property manager, is the best. He was full of good information and quick to respond. Check in was smooth. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Family Gathering to Celebrate 60th Wedding Anniversary

The ten of us ages 21-85 chose this area and this great home to gather to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. Everyone heartily agreed this was the perfect place for us as we came from NY, LA, CO, and IL for this event. The home was well stocked and provided great entertainment including a large hot tub and fun games. Our family took turns fixing suppers and the kitchen worked well for that. Various members took advantage of the hiking sites, tennis, golf, and just lounging on the deck. The house manager, Jon, greeted us and answered all of our questions. This is more than a 5 star facility!!
