The open living area has huge windows and the incredible vistas from inside as well as the balcony. Relax on the XL sofa or club chairs next to the gas fireplace and take in the scenery while you read a book or watch a sporting event, movie or show on the large flat screen TV.





The cook's kitchen offers high end stainless appliances including a fantastic Wolf range with four burners, a griddle and a very sizable oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a ton of gorgeous granite counter space. It is also stocked with everything you'll need to stay in and make a meal.





A substantial dining table that can easily accommodate eight people and three stools at the breakfast bar are both great options for dining, enjoying a beverage, playing a game or getting some work done. There are two chairs, a small table and a Weber balcony gas grill on the balcony, accessible from both the living area and the master en suite, which is also conveniently located off the living area.





The master en suite features a very comfortable king bed, walk in closet, dresser, workstation, small flat screen tv and a magnificent full bathroom, with a double vanity and both a roomy separate walk in glass shower and large open bath tub.





The other two bedrooms share another beautiful full bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in glass shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed along with another twin trundle bed. Both have double door closets as well as drawer storage.





There is also a powder room in the hallway plus a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.
