The community features a large sundeck with beautiful views where there are also ski lockers for each condo so you dont have to worry about hauling your gear back to the condo. The sundeck also features a gas firepit, BBQ grills and picnic tables as well as 2 common area hot tubs. The clubhouse building where you will check-in also houses the community laundry facilities. The property has secure, paid underground parking ($25/day) and a shuttle service during the ski season.

If you are staying during winter, the property does have an on-call shuttle service and is within walking distance to the base of the ski area with dining and shopping options. During the rest of the year, there is a free Steamboat city bus stop nearby.
