Wild Card Peak at One Steamboat Place offers a premium view of the ski mountain, allowing prime viewing from your balcony. In the heart of the Steamboat base area, close to the gondola, the residence offers ultimate slopeside access.

The large open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living rooms creating a wonderful entertaining space. A flat screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable seating are the perfect place to relax with friends and family after a day of adventure.

A professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight aspiring chefs, who can also grill out on the deck on the built-in Viking gas grill.

The dining area features a handcrafted table that beautifully complements the fine design of the contemporary interior.

One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and an ensuite bath featuring a steam shower and soaking tub. In this residence, you would choose which two of the four bedrooms you would like to use. There are three king bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. All have ensuite bathrooms.

The residence has a home office with high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer in the hallway.

In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

PARKING
Guests are allowed two vehicles in the parking garage. Valet parking is available.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home enjoys air conditioning in summer.
