« The most charming and cozy cottage right on the river with beautiful sunrises! The host communicated frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The coffee nook was an added bonus. It was in a perfect spot to travel to Emerald Isle or to enjoy downtown Swansboro. »

« 1st, the water to the toilet as turned off. I thought this was strange. I understood why when early the next morning I discovered the floor around the toilet was wet! Also, I tried to lower the living room blinds and discovered several of the lats are broken. So there is no privacy! »

« Nice small place away from the hustle and bustle of town. Fishing in front of the place was great. The kayaks on site were nice and we were able to find a few shark’s teeth on the island across the canal. Close enough to all of the local things we wanted to do. »

« First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

« The property was pretty clean, I was able to sweep up a decent amount that was missed but this is a pet friendly home so understandable. Only big complaint was the keurig didn’t work and the sliders were super difficult to shut from the outside (no not because they hadn’t been used, they are older and didn’t have a good handle on the outside. Otherwise pretty good! »

« 15 members of our family rented this home for our beach trip. It was an amazing experience and it definitely is a place we will be looking into for our family vacations in the future. The home is beautiful and clean and the yard and pool were perfect for the little ones. The only disappointment was there wasn’t anywhere to eat outside, such as a picnic table or patio set. The hospitality of the host was amazing. »
