„Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!“

„This is a very unique property. It is very well appointed and great property to relax with friends. The small downtown and local distillery with amazing food and drink is within a short walk. The swim spa is great, even if you can't figure out the controls. The layout and details of the spaces are interesting yet groovy. The coffee bar was an unexpected treat. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a house with character and that loves amazing bathrooms. One note...there ...

„Enjoyed our stay at this cottage located between Sodus Bay and lake Ontario. Great access to both bodies of water. Cottage was clean and cute and had all the basic amenities. Had an issue with the ac that the owner was quick to communicate and remedy situation. Beautiful sunsets over lake Ontario. “

„We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits ...

„We had a last minute getaway to Sodus point to enjoy their July 3rd Independence celebrations. The house was very large and spacious which my 3 teens enjoyed! We had some much needed family time and would definitely consider staying at this house again in the future! “

„Only a 15 minute drive from the hustle, bustle, and crowds of the festival and into Oswego is this quiet oasis with five bedrooms, two baths and a relaxing living room in which to kick back and enjoy a cold one out of the fridge (without any lines!). All the conveniences to fix your own vitals, or a short drive to fine dining (did anyone say Canali's?). Highly recommended - just park across the end of the driveway to avoid bottoming out your vehicle getting in and out. “

„This was an amazing well kept clean home. The owners were very quick to respond when we had any questions. They took the our questions seriously and responded right away. The only thing we did not like was that there was not much of a yard to sit outside and it was street parking. We definitely made the best of our vacation there and really enjoyed our stay.“
