You are close enough to walk into Stirling city centre and the train station in around 10 minutes, yet the setting feels tucked away, with the River Forth flowing past and open fields opposite that regularly attract wildlife.

The view (what makes this place special)

Being top floor, the outlook is elevated and uninterrupted. The living room is centred around a striking floor to ceiling window that frames the river, the city skyline and Stirling Castle, clearly visible from the sofa and dining area. There is also a dedicated seat right beside the window, perfect for slow mornings with coffee, golden hour sunsets, or simply watching the river and the world go by.

Across the water you will often spot deer in the field opposite, plus swans, ducks and plenty of birdlife, especially around the feeder.

The second bedroom has its own iconic Stirling moment: the Wallace Monument can be seen from the window.
