Excellent location in Western Massachusetts

This property is very well maintained, with upscale appliances, kitchen facilities, and other amenities. The owners were very responsive to the few questions we had. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but with good access to the many cultural activities in the area.

Loved this house. Convenient to everything but comfortable enough just to hang out when it is raining. Kitchen well equipped. Even for us! We are the type of people who bring cutting boards, knives, salt and pepper mills and extra towels etc. None of that was needed. We spent time on the screened in porch watching the bunnies and bluebirds. Would be happy to stay again.

Fabulous Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our girls get-a-way. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which allowed each of us privacy and space. The screened-in porch was amazing. We had coffee out there in the morning and cocktails out there in the evening. The living room was very comfortable but we opted for the screened-in porch. The location of this house was another plus. It was a stone's throw to the Red Lion Inn and the many restaurants and shops in the area. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary essentials. A few last comments - this house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the towels were plentiful. I would highly recommend this rental if you plan to visit Stockbridge or the surrounding area.

Lovely house, beautiful setting

We enjoyed everything about this lovely house in the Berkshires--the latest appliances, thoughtful details (throws on all the beds and sofas), a great backyard. Would highly recommend!

Get away ...

This was the perfect spot for two California couples exploring the Berkshires. The home was warm and inviting, with enough room not to feel crowded. A welcome respite after a day of hiking, museum tours and shopping. All of which were conveniently near by... It was lovely.

Great family weekend

This beautiful house was everything we were looking for. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The home is beautiful and clean. The beds, towels, kitchen, kitchen supplies, rear screened in porch, living room, and bathrooms were all in excellent condition. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch getting caught up and eating the meals prepared in the kitchen. We recommend this house for someone looking for a place to stay when enjoying the area.

Perfect Get-a-way

The house is lovely and so perfectly located. The two bedrooms were sufficiently apart and next to their own bathrooms so both couples had privacy.the screened in porch was perfect to hang out and play cards at night and my dog absolutely loved the back yard. The location is superb, conviently located central to Stockbridge, ,lenox and Great Barrington. Fifteen minutes to Tanglewood and the Norman Rockwell museums. There are so many hiking trails with fabulous mountain views nearby.

Fresh and fabulous!

The house was recently remodelled and refreshed with contemporary vibe. Thoughtful. Tasteful. Very comfortable to sit and sleep. Artwork is fabulous! Love the screen porch and back patio with grill and firepit. Top of the line grill was clean and easy to use. Kitchen and bathrooms all modern and outfitted perfectly. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Quick walk, bike or drive to Stockbridge center, Tanglewood. Go for a weekend or a week! Just do it.

Weekend Stop

The house was a perfect stop for us for the weekend. We used as a spot for our family to anchor while doing a camp pick up. It was perfectly close to great food in town and a cozy feel to relax.

the Berkshires

The property was stocked with everything one would need for a vacation. Centrally Located just outside Stockbridge with easy access to Theatre, Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow. and restaurants, the house itself is set up perfectly for a family or two couples and the screened in porch is a great option for morning breakfast or dinner. The hosts were very helpful in recommending places to eat.

Amazing stay, central location - highly recommend

We have a lovely stay, house is super clean and has all you need to relax and enjoy the space. I loved the fact we could take our small dog with us to make it a lovely family’s vacation. The house is central to everything and all towns in the Berkshires which we appreciated so much. We will return and would recommend to other highly also.

Cozy family February break

The hosts have made this ranch house into an artsy, cozy place for families to rest and relax! Plenty of space for family hang outs and game playing, but also enough rooms for tweens or teens to get away and have alone time. Beautiful spaces throughout. We would have loved to enjoy the backyard space and screened-in porch if it hadn't been winter, but appreciated watching the snow falling while sipping coffee by the kitchen window! Close to Catamount ski area and minutes from Stockbridge shops and spa. This house might look small from the outside, but inside there is everything you need!

Family Winter Holiday Getaway

Property was in good condition. Amenities were up to date and of good quality. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location is close proximity to other Berkshire communities besides Stockbridge. Dining options were plentiful in other communities besides Stockbridge.

Crappy weather, amazing rental

Beautiful house near the center of Stockbridge

This property is pristine, perfectly decorated and appointed. It has been renovated very nicely. The beds are comfortable and the many towels are large and fluffy. We visited during a hot summer week. Although there are two mini splits in the main bedroom and kitchen area, the other two bedrooms are uncooled and very hot. Visitors should also be aware that there are no Ubers in the Berkshires!! We would stay in this property again, but maybe in the cooler weather.
