Close proximity to shopping and restaurants as well as a view of the river. We were all very impressed and comfortable there. “

„The carriage house was very nice. The bedrooms are a bit strange as you have to go through the main bedroom to get to the bunkbed room. The downside of things was we brought our dog and there was only one dog friendly dining option around. Reads Landing Brewery says pet friendly on their website, but they aren't. You have to sit away from the building on the picnic tables, serve yourself and can only order appetizers off the menu.“

„Beautiful property, easy access to the small town of Lake City. Everything in the house was super clean and beautiful. We didn't do any cooking but it looked pretty well stocked. We happened to be there during a hot period, so the screened in porch and table there were much too hot to use, but the AC in the house worked great! Really nice property that we would rent again.“

„A cute, very clean, and well maintained home with everything you could possibly need. We were in Lake City visiting family and spent many evenings entertaining them at the house and enjoying the pool located just outside the back door. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the front porch which we often enjoyed. We will definitely be back!“
