« Absolutely outstanding, the service and friendliness was 5/5. The team were so helpful and kind and they helped in every way possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible and there was nothing we wouldn’t do for us. We had the only room with a balcony and 3 windows which was perfect. Just be aware that it is a noisy area so it is hardly quiet but this was not an issue for us as we were out and about 12+hours a day and shattered everyday. The bed was perfect. Highly recommend this...

« L’appartement était assez petit mais bien pensé, sauf pour la douche dont 15cm se retrouve entre la fenêtre et le rideau permettent d’obstruer celle ci. Même en descendant le rideau extérieur, une partie d d’la douche reste bien visible depuis l’extérieure (je l’ai bloqué en mettant le bas du rideau sur la tablette de la fenêtre pour avancer celui-ci dans l’alcove de la fenêtre). J’ai vu plusieurs avis évoquant le bruit de la ventilation et je confirme qu’à mon arrivée en journée, elle était...

« Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. "Kind of a weird place. The window was wide open when we arrived (on the first floor), so someone could have easily sneak in. The room was fine but near the door it smelled like cigarette. Same thing for the hallways. We were supposed to have info about the wifi in the room, but we found nothing. Luckily, I wrote an e-mail and got a fast answer. I guess it was fine for the one night we spent there. It’s very close to the airport, which is nice for travelers like us who just wanted a place to stay before our flight."
