« I have never seen a harder worker than Norma. She is a hustler who does her job and then some, both polite and courteous. She has to be the best employee. I have ambivalent feelings about check in. Our room was nice. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We only ate once in the breakfast room. Check out was easy. »
