« Bring your clothes and your groceries - this house has everything else! Very generous amenities, including all linens and extra paper products. It was super clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and one dog. We will be back again as soon... as we can snag some available dates!! »

« Lovely beach house!! Best of both worlds with it being about 1 min walk across the street to the bay “beach” side and amazing views from the back deck of the bay. We had no issues with bugs biting on beach or bay side. You can hear the waves when in the living/dining room when you open the windows in the morning and the sunsets off the back deck are amazing. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need including paper products, coffee, towels, beach chairs/toys etc. It’s 15 min drive...

« BEAUTIFUL property on the bay side of Coastal highway. Amazing layout and decor. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made eating in a better option than dining out. The house was well appointed and including the linens was so convenient. Getting to the beach was a fairly easy walk across Coastal Highway. This was an amazing escape and we would definitely book this property again!!!There was construction around us including a house being built across the street. This will be gone next season...

« We had a lovely stay at Ocean Oasis. The location is amazing. Ten minutes or less to the beach, boardwalk, and many activities. Many restaurants close, and the grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. The house was very clean (and I have high standards). « Great rental and perfect location in Dewey! Our family stayed for two weeks and loved it - the rental had everything we needed and more: picture-perfect views, great cooking supplies, tons of extra blankets and beach gear, books, cards and board games, etc. The owner, Susan, was super helpful and communicative, checking in on us several times during Hurricane Erin. We loved it so much that we already booked for next year! Definitely recommend. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a great location only about a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool is great for relaxing after the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the kitchen, dining and family area is large and well arranged. We ran into some issues with the pool but Frank was quick to jump in and resolve the issue. Worth checking it out. »

« We stayed at Gabrielle’s place for a family vacation and loved that it was welcoming to our entire family- including our pup and toddler. The location was walking distance to the beach and other local restaurants and shops. For days we didn’t want to walk to the beach, it was an added bonus to have the resident beach parking pass. « This is a great property for a family looking for a quiet bay beach. LEWES is a beautiful little town and the house was beautiful. The owners were very responsive when there were weather issues and we enjoyed our stay very much. Has all the amenities you could need and an elevator for anybody that can’t do the stairs. « We really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge - the house was large enough for our entire family - the deck and screened in porch was beautiful - the kitchen was well equipped - each bedroom has a private bathroom which was great and the upstairs master suite bathroom was especially great - the pool was lovely - my only comment is about the 250 steps to the ocean - which is not an easy walk especially with children - you need to cross a very busy road without a crosswalk to get to the beach ... you...

« Just a beautiful and relaxing stay - place has everything - even went crabbing with the canoe that is provided. Grilled outside, played beer pong outside, big kitchen, has everything if you want to cook inside, very short walk to the best beach in Bethany - water for some reason is clearer here - maybe because it has whiter sand. Enjoy your stay whoever comes next. »

« This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year. »
