Great place to stay if you don’t plan to spend time in the room. There is no sitting area, just a small kitchen, shower, toilet and bedrooms. This was just what we needed. Tram stops just outside the door. All of Strasbourg is accessible! Wonderful visit! Merci Hélène!

Great location
This is an excellent condo for visiting historic Strasbourg. It was clean with lots of space for the six of us. It is very close to several grocery stores and boulangeries and an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We didn’t have a car but could see the car park was just around the corner. It is a safe area. The host was responsive to our questions.

Great location
Great location. However .. 14 beds (we counted 11) crammed in with one shower and 1 toilet .. not 2 bathrooms. Also not cleaned well .. very dusty shelves. You pay extra for towels and sheets ... the towels were old and hard. Thankfully there were only 3 of us and Strasbourg is beautiful. The apartment is a very short walk away.

Great location
Overall, this was a good stay. The place was clean and comfortable for four adults, it was nice to have laundry, and I can't imagine using it for more than four with one bathroom, although toilet and shower are separate. We were not able to access any heat or communicate with owner, so we wore coats inside most of the time. But the easy walking distance to the cathedral and palace, with lots of little food shops in the neighbourhood made it just fine for us.

An Uncomfortable Stay
Online pictures adequately represent the apartment but beware. First, ac could not be turned on because remotes were missing, heat cannot be regulated since it's controlled by building, No fans available resulting in stagnant air and there was NO communication with host on arrival because phone was dead. Emails were sent, multiple calls were made from cell phone which incurred international charges and no one responded. Hairs were found in bedding and shower. Despite multiple beds, only 1 set of sheets provided for 2 adults. Pricing of sheets, towels and cleaning fees inconsistent between listing and confirmation. Streetside rooms were noisy well after midnight. Instructions for appliances were solely owner manuals that are not enough . Seating is uncomfortable. Kitchen was great but we only used a couple utensils. I would never book this nor recommend to friends.

Great location and a nice modern apartment
Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay at this property. It is tight as the living room doubles as the 3rd bedroom and there is not much room in the kitchen. It's central location is ideal for walking as it's near to many attractions and sites. Communication was good and access easy. It is not a typical VRBO in that there is an extra charge for towels and bedding at check in. But the price was good even with that extra charge. The kitchen is a bit of a fish bowl, but we enjoyed the people watching and you can always close the curtains. The A/C worked great. The dishwasher had problems, but I think was fixed.

Great apartment! Great location!
You can’t get a better apartment or location in Strasbourg. It’s so close to the old town island, you’re there within minutes. Very close to a small grocery and bakery. Helen was also very friendly and helpful. There is also an elevator! The apartment was clean and the beds all comfortable. As a welcoming gift we were given a demi-bottle of the local wine and a chocolate Christmas gnome. All in all a great vacation!

City centre living in style.
This is a well maintained and nicely contemporary flat with plenty of space.Although slightly outside the historic centre it is only minutes away by foot from most major sites and the tram stops just outside the door.Local shopping is ideal .We could only really find fault with 2 things.We think voile or net curtains in the kitchen would be a good addition as sitting in there did at times feel like living in a goldfish bowl,and the property would greatly benefit from air-conditioning.We visited in the summer and due to the kitchen,2 bedrooms and living room being exposed to the sun for long periods the flat became overheated very quickly despite all blinds and curtains being closed..However I would heartily recommend this flat for any family wanting to explore Strasbourg & surroundings.

Thank you for the feedback. Some precisions: There is a red curtain (not opaque) who covers all the kitchen window as you can see it on the pictures. We had in all the city during 1 week very hot around 35°. We are in Alsace and this weather is only once a year... but you have in the flat 1 fan per room. Hélène

Great Apartment in a great area
This apartment was one of the best we stayed in during our 6 week holiday in Europe. It had everything we needed for a comforatble stay in Strasbourg....well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washing machine and close to public transport. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and the property lovely and clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in beautiful Strasbourg.

First Class Accommodation
This is a very modern apartment in an excellent location, most attractions are within walking distance. Stylish décor and very spacious. The owner, Helene, was very helpful with tips for local restaurants and parking etc. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Très bon appartement
Très bon séjour dans l’appartement. Nous avons réellement apprécié la simplicité d’accès à l’appartement ainsi que sa localisation et sa propreté / déco globale. Peut être un léger bémol sur l’isolation phonique (on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dehors) et le chauffage / ventilation qu’on a peut être mal compris. Le matin il faisait très chaud et humide dans les chambres nous obligeant à dormir les portes ouvertes.

Super Ausgangspunkt mit abstrichen
DIE LAGE Wer Straßburg zu Fuß entdecken möchte, ist hier genau richtig. In direkter Nähe von der Wohnung sind etliche Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Minimärkte, Bars, Weinläden und, und, und. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Haustür (Porte de l'Hôpital). Ebenso der Bus 10. Wirklich praktisch. DIE WOHNUNG Im großen Ganzen stimmt die Beschreibung. Cool sind die großen Fenster. ABER... Die Wohnung war nur flüchtig und oberflächlich gesäubert. Die Küche war unglaublich dreckig(!). Keine Übertreibung!! (Leider kann man hier keine Fotos anhängen) Gott sei Dank gab es sehr viel Putzmittel in der Wohnung. Die Oberflächen haben geklebt. Der Wasserkocher war so stark verkalkt, das der Kalk in dicken Platten schon abgebrochen ist (habe ich entkalkt). Der Toaster war total fettig. Die Kaffeemaschine war auch total verkalkt, fettig und das Kaffeepulver vom Vormieter war auch noch drin (habe ich entkalkt und geputzt), Die Abzugshaube war auch dick mit Fett überzogen (habe ich zum Teil entfettet, weil ich den Anblick nicht ertragen konnte). Das Regal zwischen Fenster und Kühlschrank hat seit Wochen keinen Lappen gesehen (das habe ich nicht geputzt). Wassergläser, Weingläser und Kaffeetassen waren auch verkalkt und versifft (habe ich auch entkalkt). Der Besteckkasten war voller flüssigen Fett. Mir ist es ein Rätsel, wie das möglich ist. Das ganze Besteck war verdreckt und teilweise defekt. Es gibt auch nicht genug Kaffeelöffel und kleine Teller für Frühstück. Das Topfrondell ist auch defekt. Wie soll das funktionieren, wenn alle Betten belegt sind? Das runde Ende vom Tresen ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Nicht darauf abstützen, sonst bricht es ab. Die ersten Risse sind schon zu sehen. Sicherlich hätte ich vor Ort der Vermieterin was sagen können, aber wenn ich in der Wohnung bin, will ich eigentlich niemand anderen in der Wohnung haben. Liebe Hélène, such Dir bitte eine neue Putzfrau! DIE KOMMUNIKATION Bis zum Einzug in der Wohnung war es OK. Danach wurde nicht mehr geantwortet. Da wir für viel Geld Bettwäsche und Handtücher bestellt haben, sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass die Doppelbetten mit 2 Decken ausgestattet werden. Ich habe dann nachgefragt ob wir noch jeweils für uns und die Kinder eine Decke haben können. Antwort steht bis heute aus. In der letzten Mail vor der Anreise mit den Check in Anweisungen steht, das die Vermieterin gegen 11.00 Uhr kommt. Niemand kam. Ich hatte über WhatsApp angefragt ob wir später Abreisen können. Keine Antwort.

Zentrale Lage, großzügiges Platzangebot
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man mitten im Geschehen, auch Tram und Bus halten direkt vor der Haustür. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés in nächster Nähe. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, was im Sommer natürlich großartig ist. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Wir haben die Wohnung eine Woche lang mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern bewohnt. Obwohl es nicht 100% sauber war, war die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind gut und klimatisiert, schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Um die Ecke der Wohnung gehen Sie in das schöne Zentrum und parken können Sie im Parkhaus Austerlitz um die Ecke. Also, Top-Wohnung, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und schöne Lage. Empfohlen!

Annonce trompeuse avec 85% de supplément à payer en total
L’annonce prétend qu’il s’agit d’un super apt pour 14 vacanciers au prix de rêve mais en réalité, on ajoute le supplément vacancier à partir de la 5ème personne + blanchisserie(??!) + ménage (compréhensible) + frais de service (compréhensible mais 2 fois plus élevé par rapport aux autres annonces) + linges(?!) = qui peut élever le total jusqu’à 85% en plus pour le séjour à court terme. Tout cela pour des serviettes qui ressemblent aux torchons et des linges de lit en qualité déplorable dans le décor en mauvais goût... L’appartement est grand avec plusieurs chambres mais mal entretenu (console de clim ne marche pas 1 sur 2) + 1 seule salle de douche (pression d’eau est faible) + une seule toilette (pas de serviette à accrocher) donc compliqué si on est nombreux... Vivement décommandé pour les petits séjours à moins qu’on soit nombreux pour partager les frais tous ensemble (sans soucier de longue queue pour toilette + salle de douche...) Pas recommendable si on cherche un charmant lieu en accueil aimable avec les attentions détaillées comme la réputation générale d’hôte alsacien!

Une adresse idéalement située
L’appartement est hyper fonctionnel et confortable , très bien équipé, il n’y manque rien. Nous avons grandement apprécié la climatisation dans cette période caniculaire. Et la qualité de la literie. Idéalement situé , 5 minutes à peine du centre et de la cathédrale, juste en face d’un arrêt de tramway et avec parking de stationnement à deux minutes.

Situé dans un immeuble calme, à 5 minutes de la cathédrale et de tous les commerces, cet appartement possède une déco design adaptée à une vie quotidienne confortable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, les très bons couchages, ainsi que la climatisation dans toutes les pièces à vivre. Hélène, la propriétaire, est très sympathique : elle répond à toutes les questions en peu de temps, et partage avec ses locataires une liste de bonnes adresses de restaurants et autres petits commerces. Merci Hélène pour ces excellentes vacances. Nous séjournerons à nouveau chez vous lors de notre prochain passage à Strasbourg.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung bzgl. der zentralen Lage zur Stadtmitte sehr zufrieden. Kosten 10€ pro Person für Handtücher zuzüglich den Übernachtungskosten finde ich übertrieben. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist im Viertel aufgrund der zentralen Lage schwierig. Auch sollten wir, obwohl in den Übernachtungskosten Reinigungskosten enthalten waren, die Wohnung reinigen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückkehr, in der Tat ist die Wohnung in der Innenstadt, der Parkplatz Austerlitz ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Wie in meiner Anzeige angegeben, ist die Wäsche optional. Die Endreinigung wird von mir in keinem Fall von meinen Gästen vorgenommen und Sie haben die Wohnung beim Verlassen nicht gereinigt.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt
Helene ist eine klasse Vermieterin. Bei jeder Frage stand sie zeitnah zur Verfügung. Der Check-In hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall für einen Städtetrip empfehlen.

3 Generationen Ausflug
Wir haben die Tage in Strasbourg sehr genossen. Die Wohnung von Helene ist sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Unsere Mädchen und die Grosseltern hatten Freude an den farbig und originell eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Über die Schlüssel Übergabe wurden wir sehr detailliert informiert. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Merci!

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Teenager haben sich sofort in die beiden kleineren gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit eigenem TV verliebt. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hübsch gestaltet. Die Küche bietet einen kurzweiligen Ausblick auf die Straße und den Zugang zur Innenstadt, wir sind gern dort gesessen und haben rausgeschaut. Wenn man mal nicht gesehen werden will kann man den Vorhang zuziehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Barhocker und den Bartisch fanden wir mal was anderes als einen normalen Tisch, und für einen Aufenthalt einer Städtreise absolut ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kommt nahezu überall hin zu Fuß. Sogar den Weg vom Bahnhof zur Wohnung konnten wir zu Fuß zurücklegen. Wir haben keine Karte für die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel benötigt und konnten alles was wir sehen wollten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Dom, einige Museen, Restaurants und die Anlegestelle für die Boote sind nur wenige Minuten weit weg. Die Trambahn und der Bus halten vor der Tür. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und würden auch selbst jederzeit wieder gern dort wohnen. Straßburg selbst hat uns begeistert und ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Ich denke gern an diesen Urlaub zurück.
