« I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

« The property was sufficient for our purpose while visiting our son at ASU. Overall, relatively clean, well-stocked and quiet. Decorated cute and bed was comfortable. The exterior grounds could use a little TLC. Wall unit air conditioner dripped on us in bed throughout the night so the bed and pillows were very wet in the morning. »

« Very happy with services, the host was amazing, great communication, apartment was very nice and the whole staying experience was excellent and affordable. The gym and pool are what we love and enjoyed most I highly recommend this place we will definitely comeback !! »

« I liked the living room space but it was dirty. The pool was dirty!!! I called so they can clean it while I was there and they just cleaned it this morning that we are checking out. The sheets on our beds were dirty! If the property management knew people were checking in, they should have made sure everything was clean and descent. »

« There were cobwebs all over the top of the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The floors were dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom when walking around barefoot. One of the showers wasn't working. There was no access key for the amenities, as the description stated (for pool, etc.) You could hear the upstairs people late at night. The location was near the Tempe Marketplace. »

« Hands down, this is one of the nicest and most thought out rentals I’ve been to. The owner has thought of everything down to interesting historical and scientific facts about the area. The amenities are top notch, the bed is comfortable, the towels are plush, etc, etc. You are close enough to restaurants, stores but far enough away to look up at the stars at night. Five star. »

« So cute! Very nice neighborhood w/fabulous views. Owners were very kind and responsive. Nice walks around the neighborhood and really good trail options close by. »
