« Very neat house and super hosts. We are a family of 2 parents + 3 small kids (5,6 and 8 years-old). and the house was perfect for a one-week stay in the region. Very big garden and the kids used it to improve their badminton skills :-) Close to the lake, beach and located in the south of Stresa - meaning the trip to visit Milano was also not too long. « This historic villa will sweep you away. Such stunning grounds and views. Very clean. Property manager is very helpful and attentive. Location cannot be beat. Super spacious with fantastic library of books. We were sad to leave. Just keep in mind - it's an old house! No air conditioning so adjust expectations for summer months. »

« This house had many nice features, including the very large room size. « My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. So it is perfect to explore the islands of Lake Maggiore, as well as the other towns along the shores. Being that high, the villa has an amazing view of the lake and islands.
