„Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. “

„This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. „Everything was wonderful from check in to our time spent at the property. Very modern and clean, comfy beds and plenty of room for our dogs. „The Gwynne House, with its history of writers inspired to create there, was just magical. It's difficult traveling with nine people, but the Gwynne House was just perfect as our Tenby home base. „The house was very clean, well equipped and quiet. We were staying to visit our daughter at college and this proprty was perfect for that.
