We received an unexpected room upgrade and ended up in a fabulous twin room literally over the waters of Falmouth Harbour! Wish we could stay for a bit longer and enjoy Falmouth (third time visiting for me but always somewhere I want to revisit) and that lovely room! »

Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for .
Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate.
We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace.
