„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay. “

„These were cute little cabins, rustic, but clean and tidy with everything there for staying for awhile. AC too. We were on the water and the geese welcomed us in the morning! The cabin had a screened in porch with comfy chairs. There was a nice little beach with kayaks to use, a fire pit and firewood for each cabin. The bed was comfy. It was nice and we would definitely visit again.“
