« Nice Historical property should replace the mattress in our room with a pillow top type unit. Included continental breakfast offering was very limited a few mini muffins and some mandarins with coffee and tea......could do better there. »

« We were very disappointed with one major problem. We were there for three nights without TV during the NCAA Final Four games. The hotel said they were switching cable providers and there were problems. We ask for an adjustment for our room charges and they refused, saying it was the cable company's fault. We have crossed this hotel off our list based on their response and attitude in dealing with a problem that is clearly their responsibility. »
