« The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice little place to relax and it has a up north feel to it. »

« They were very under staffed and staff made that very clear. We asked house keeping for clean towels and told them they didn’t need to clean our room. They told us they were too busy and so we used the same towels for 3 days. Lots of kids. Lots of kids. Tyler who checked us in was great, worked his tail off. The older black lady who did breakfast Saturday morning 5/6 was fantastic! »

« Their toilet was too low and didn’t flush well. Handle of bathroom faucet wasn’t attached but functioned fine. Pool was too cold. Hot tub was fine; better when staff turned up a couple degrees. Really enjoyed “adult” pool hour from 9-10pm :) Breakfast was good variety with fresh fruit, oatmeal, make yourself waffles, prepared food like scrambled eggs/potatoes/meat, yogurt, bagels, etc. Have stayed here before and will again when in the area »

« —poor signage at back of hotel, trundled my luggage up the wheelchair ramp only to find a sign saying this was a private entrance, go around to the front - where there were only stairs, no ramp. This despite website promises of handicap accessibility. I pointed out the problem to the front desk person and he said “There IS a sign.” But you can only know that by getting close to the back door. By then you’ve wasted a lot of effort. —front desk guy was unhelpful. Had to be asked to help with...
