Upon my return, I parked in the rear entrance as I did all the other days, it was more convenient. there was a manager at my door, I had asked if there was a problem and was told they were rekeying all the doors. I asked why I was not notified and they said there were signs in the lobby. I pointed to the back door and said I have been using this entrance and again why were guests not notified. „The room was in a state of disrepair, the humidity level was very high even with the A/C set low. While advertised as non-smoking you can still tell the room we had was previously a smoking room.“

„Overall, my stay was good and hotel is conveniently located. However, the front desk failed to provide me with any receipt/invoice for my stay. I was told that I receive it via email, but that never happened. I tried to contact reservations several times via email or telephone, but they never answered. Even hotels.com tried to get in touch with them but also failed. I don’t know what to do since I need the invoice to expense my stay. Never had such behavior from a hotel like this before. “
