« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...

« I booked this facility over others, specifically, for the pool table in the game room, the sauna, the hot tub. Each were a bit underwhelming: The game room only has a few games and required quarters for the pool table, $1/play. The sauna did not get very hot - I guess that's OK because I ended up only having time for a very short visit to the sauna anyway. The jets in the hot tub didn't work. « This is a very spread out property so be ready to walk up hills and far to get to the front desk from your room. No breakfast. Outdoor pool and hot tub was closed. The indoor pool smelled like chlorine and dirty diapers with a million people in there. Parking sucks. Booked the room on Expedia only to get there in front desk did not have the same information on what room I booked. We definitely will never be staying there ever again. »

« Nice place to stay for a family. Lots of room. Easy parking and access. This is the third time we have stayed here. The first 2 times we were in the same condo but this time we were in a different one. Liked the loft enclosed. But the carpet in this one really needs to be replaced. Living room and dining room is getting in pretty bad shape. But the French Quarter is a great place to stay. We will stay here as a family anytime we come to Branson. »

We had a stacked schedule, so we unfortunately weren’t able to make it to any of the activities, but we were very impressed by the selection of things to do on property. Overall we had a very comfortable and super quiet stay. »
